Lovely, clean, and cozy hotel located near a beautiful park with incredible fountains — a must-see if you're staying at the hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel, offering easy access to the historical city center in just 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good, and free parking is available right in front of the building. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Krakow. I would be happy to come back again!

The room exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a separate space for our daughter. The location was easy to get to, and it is also convenient if you like to take a tram and explore the Old Town of Krakow as there is a direct line to the old town which takes approximately 15 mins. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful, we appreciate that! The breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. Thank You!

The only 2 things that could be improved is the food in the restaurant ( a la carte), considering there are only few places to eat nearby. And the second, the fact that the room temperature is centrally managed did not help, as it was quite warm in the room, hot day outside, so opening windows did not help.

Very clean, great location (tram to get to the city centre is right next to the hotel and it takes 10-15min), renovated modern rooms, nice and attentive staff. They went above and beyond for us with breakfast as we were the only guests (xmas time).

Location very close to park and tauron arena. Good polish breakfast. Large room with plenty space to put your clothes and luggage and spend time comfortably. Spacious and nice design bathroom.

Please, ventilate rooms with net curtains on so that mosquitos won't get in. I had to kill a few the first night.

Perfect location for a concert at the arean. Big room. Nice toiletry facilities and free water in the rooms. Restaurant open goof times of day so perfect to have food before an evening flight.

Hot room. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly

It's a very nice building in a perfect location next to a large park and close to the arena, next to a tram station. Super friendly staff and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was perfect and nice presented.

Very good location, 4 tram lines arrive here from the main train station and old town. For us the location was even better due to short distance from a concert site. The hotel is very clean everywhere - in rooms, in public areas, in the restaurant. Our room was very quiet, the beds were comfortable. Check-in process smooth and the staff very nice. This is not a modern hotel and could use remodeling sometime in the future but is nice anyway.

The breakfast could be a little more 'modern' - more vegetables, less fatty foods. At some point before end of breakfast time there was not enough food for everyone. The shower cabin in our room was tiny. Lighting on the bathroom could've been better.

The location worked well being close to our offices and on the tram route into town, large room with good level of comfort

The area for breakfast was cramped due to a large coach party all arriving together, breakfast selection is basic but enough to start the day with a healthy bite to eat and a warm drink

The breakfast is very decent, even though there's no variety of food to eat, vegetables are very fresh and the scrambled eggs are tasty.

Good friendly staff, asked if I needed a parking space, they told me everything, were very polite. Thank you! I was here just for one night (attended a concert). Hotel in a super location from Tauron Arena Krakow. The room was clean, there was water and tea in the room. Close to public transport stop. I recommend

The price for one night is quite high, although prices are rising everywhere now (I was in this city about 3 years ago and price was less)
