Clean and modern rooms, pretty specious, I liked the high ceiling and the huge window. The bed was big and comfortable, we had a really good night's sleep there. A/C was working well and pretty quietly, the hotel itself was pretty quiet and we didn't hear noises from other rooms. Free parking. Breakfast was good and delicious. Not overcrowded with options, but had everything one might need in the morning and was really tasty. It's a bit farther away from the Old Town, but the tram station is nearby. It took us a bit less than half an hour to travel to the Old Town.

Nice and cozy hotel, tram stop to the city center nearby, everything we needed was in close vicinity, staff was polite and helpful, AC in rooms, comfortable bed, room service refilled mineral water bottles every day for us. The hotel itself has only a small amount of parking spots, but we always found a spot to park.

The shower was draining very slowly, the WiFi was also painfully slow in our room. The carpet in our room had some weared out spots and same goes for the shower cabin, but that is just nitpicking.

Really nice hotel ,very clean , easy check in. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modernly designed.

The city centre is half an hour away by public transport,so it is better to take a taxi to the old town . However we wanted to stay in Nowa Huta neighbourhood and we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to this hotel .

We liked everything and especially we liked everything and especially the work, responsiveness and kindness of women preparing breakfast - Malgorzata Yamac and Zenia Gradkovska (if I'm not mistaken). We believe that hotel management should definitely encourage such employees. And only one thing we could suggest is to have less warm blankets for the summer. This will reduce the cooling of the air conditioner at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The woman at the reception desk provided information regarding museums in the area, made calls for us with language translation, and suggested transport options with scheduled and details.

Room air conditioning struggled to keep up with the unusually high temperatures, possibly due to the full wall windows in the room.

The peron at the reception were very friendly welcome us nice. Printed the boarding passes gave us the best he can. will defintley come again I highly recomend the hotel Rooms were very nice and good with everything needed

Internet wasnt working very good

I havent enough words to describe staffs generousity. They helped me in personel way, and thank to them so much! Also the stay, room cleaniness, breakfast, cossines and the location was best of the best. We have enjoyed stay so much and will come back lots of time. Dzenkuja bardzo for everything.

It was everything like expected. The breakfast was good. Krakow is worth a journey. Use the public transport, when in Krakow. It is very good. Only idiots use their own car!

The climatisation of the room didn't work.

The hotel is modern and clean. There were almost always vacant parking spaces. Lidl supermarket is right next to the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Enough bathing supplies. Free mineral water in the room.

The safe didn't work. I reported the problem but it wasn't resolved. Pretty far from the old city, however for us it wasn't a problem as we rented a car. Breakfasts lacked the variety.
