Good breakfast Value for money Quick check in Parking

Smell in the room. Either textile should be cleaned, or it’s simply old. Or many time ago it was a smoking room, but the smell was not nice.

It's clean, silent and warm. Good shower and bed. Close to a nice park and public infrastructure. Location was great for our specific needs, but might be challenging for those more interested in the main spots. Breakfast is average, could be cheaper. Good access to wheelchair.

One of us os a 76 years old who uses a wheelchair. After booking the stay with a lot of advance, we visited the hotel to check if the bedrroom was accecssible enough for a person in a wheelchair to stay for 15 days. We explained the situation in the reception and asked if we could see one of their vacant rooms to confirm it fits. The receptionist was very surprised with the request, said that he could not ALLOW anyone to enter a room without checking in and told us to check the pictures in the website. Big lack of empathy and disrespect for the elderly. (Worth mentioning that the room was indeed accessible and she stayed without any problem)

I stayed at hotel Krakus for the first time 20 years ago on my first trip to Poland :-) Now it was nice to see that the hotel was just as clean, renovated, and comfortable. Delicious polish breakfast, unforgettable „pierogi ruskie” ( dumplings with potatoes and cottage cheese ) for dinner, restorant is open to 22.00. You can take by Bolt or Uber to the city center for 22- 25 PLN very simply or use a bus/tram, the stop is located near the hotel.

Breakfast was good, the normal stuff like bread meat and cheese but extras like blintzs and beet salad. Room was comfortable and hotel was clean

Location was a bit out of the way but central Krakow was a five dollar Bolt ride away

The room was quite spacy, with good internet connection. There was a free water too.

I did not like 30 PLN fee for parking. Also, there was a long queue on the arrival as we arrived at the same time as 2 buses full of tourists. And it is quite far from the center, but I knew that clearly.

Super clean and check in even before declared time

No small refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient, as it was a heatwave back then and I couldn’t even cool down a bottle of water

The overall experience was fantastic. Staff was helpfull, breakfast was delicious, location was pretty good,... All members of our family (8) were happy in the hotel ;@)

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Smelled a bit so if you're having a sensitive nose it was just unpleasant.

Everything was good. Clean room and bathroom, breakfast includes eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, cereal. Nothing special, but enough to get full. We were allowed to park our car for free.

The hotel is located pretty far from the center, but is fine. Place to sleep and move to the city by a taxi. A lot of parking space. Room is small, but it has everything necessary for rest - good and pretty new bed and linen, flat tv, good renovated bathroom. The breakfast was pretty substantial (scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, vegetables, pickles, variety of salads, bread, flakes, honey, jam, some cookies, juices and coffee). There were several bus tours in the hotel at that moment and breakfast area was overcrowded.

There is one elevator in a pretty large hotel. It can take 15-20 minutes to wait for it!
