Very basic accomodation but excellent value for the price paid. Quiet and rooms were relatively large. Excellent and helpful staff at the front counter.

A little far away from the city center but still easily accessible by tram.

Everything was just wonderful! The house is incredibly cozy and beautiful, like something out of a Pinterest picture. It was warm, and all the amenities were provided. The neighborhood is fantastic. We happened to visit during Halloween, and it was so cool! We had a great time. The house is in a lovely, peaceful area, with a forest right behind where you can go for a walk. We have never felt as safe and relaxed as we did here. The price is very reasonable! The house is amazing! The owner is lovely as well; we had a small incident before check-in, but she was very understanding. We’re so happy we chose this place! Highly recommended!

Everything was magical! We loved it.

My room was secure and spacious. En-suite with a small TV. Good wardrobe and window view. .The restaurant served good meals up to 10pm . Very good hard working staff . The 139 bus connects with the No 5 tram which goes direct to Krakow Glowny train and bus station. The hotel is very good value for money and is my favourite place of stay as a lone traveller to Krakow in this interesting area of Nowa Huta.

The very restaurant where breakfast is taken at the partner Grand Felix hotel is just a five minute walk away. It was no problem for me and the weather was nice. But bear in mind if visiting in dark winter or if it rains.

There is no kitchen at all and it is impossible to cook in any way. There is not even a kettle in the room. There is only one at the bottom of the reception, which is totally inconvenient. The lack of cooking facilities is probably the main disadvantage of this place.

Very nice place. Staff was super friendly, helpful and spoke English. Cleaner was so nice too. They had a kettle and microwave available for use. It's just a teeny tiny bit far from the city center but one bus takes you straight to there. there's also a biedronka store very close. It was generally a wonderful stay and I almost extended my stay.

Kettle wasn't clean so couldn't make hot drink. That's all

I am comming here often , rooms are clean and when you get in they smell like fresh.Bathrooms are recently renovated and is a big plus because we love a good bathroom :) beds are very comfortable, quiet area , super friendly and helpfull staff,prices are good compared to market.

Hallway is smelling bit bad, wall plugs should be nearby the bed not like on the wall attached to the bed.to charge my phone I need to sleep with it in bed 😀 but in rest a lot more pluses than minuses
