I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the rooms—especially the bathroom—could benefit from a bit of renovation to freshen them up. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d be happy to return.

A great economy hotel that surpasses the standards of big-brand economy hotels. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful—special thanks to Mrs. Beata for her kindness and cultural awareness. She immediately recognized that I am a foreigner speaking Polish and adjusted her communication, speaking calmly and clearly, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was better than what most big-brand economy hotels offer, and the homemade-style lunch was both delicious and convenient. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-maintained. Another great advantage is the hotel's monitored car parking, located just about 10 meters away, available at an affordable price. The hotel is also just a few meters from a supermarket, which is very convenient for any grocery needs. I was on a short, practical visit to the city, and all these thoughtful touches made my stay smooth and hassle-free

Just location, half an hour from the center by tram.

The location was great for visiting our family in the area outside of Krakow. The room was nice, bed linens clean, and fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The bathroom is ok but the shower needs a deep cleaning. In the evening there was often a group of people standing outside smoking infront of the hotel entrance doors.

Hotel Grand Felix *** is a true/genuine three-star hotel - nice room, good breakfast, easy parking, everything OK, but w/o any extras. I.e. good price for the quality. Recommended! Hotel restaurant serves a very delicious dishes, however selection is quite limited (chicken, pork, 2 soups, some salad). Extensive breakfast - the only thing I missed were baked beans :-)

The second night of our stay (Sat-Sun), there arrived a collective package tour mainly of pensioners. They occupied virtually the whole hotel as if it belonged to them, and expecially the breakfast room in the Sunday morning. Normal guests (paying normal price...) were unable to sit and have their breakfast, We had to wait for a waitress to gently kick them out. However, there was still enough of everything to eat and drink left. Sorry, but hotels not specifically equipped for such collective package tours should better not to invite them...

Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Easy to access room with elevator or stairs. Washroom has what you need. City centre is easy accessible by transit. Great value.

Awesome breakfast, great value for money. Staff was helpful and very professional and friendly. Easy to reach the city center by tram. Also a lot of parking spaces.

No balconies availible, but it was not that big of a problem as the elevator was fast. (So I could smoke)
