The staff went out and above to make sure you enjoyed your stay. They were really nice and helpful, and everyone spoke English as well. They had parking, comfortable beds, good breakfast, a restaurant that is open until 22 (10 pm.). We can truly only have highlights. We asked for a gluten free breakfast, and they remembered this even when we ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The location is easy to approach.

We went into the wronf building first. Almost identical looking, 20 meters apart. It was a little embarassing. There are a few cars on the nearby road are quite loud when the window is open. This issue was simply solved by closing the window.

An exceptional stay in an elegant 5-star hotel, located in a quiet area, with spacious rooms, classic decor, and the charm of a noble residence. The staff was attentive and discreet, and there's a beautiful nearby park, perfect for relaxing walks. The breakfast, while not extremely varied, included everything one could want: homemade specialties, fresh fruit, delicate terrine, quail eggs, and other refined options that meet the expectations of a 5-star experience. Cleanliness deserves a 9.5 – I noticed a bit of dust in a few hard-to-reach corners of the room. The stay was truly 5-star. Bonus: very quick and convenient access to and from the airport.

Lovely hotel. Reception staff where really friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Would have benefited from having a smart tv in the room to allow for Netflix and amazon prime ect as tv only had freeview in Polish and you couldn't cast onto it from a smartphone. I wasn't to keen on the food in the evening the one time we ate in and the breakfast was OK. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, very clean and tidy and it was about a 30-40 minute walk from the city centre which allowed us to have a decent walk into the city each day. The hotel where great in organising the pick up from the airport and gave the details to book our trip to auschwitz which was very well organised. Thank you for making our visit to krakow a memorable one.

We would like to say thank you, the whole staff from the manager to the cleaner lady ( every job is the same important ! ❤️)for this amazing week at this hotel.. Staff members are really polite and kind, any requests was solved in a couple of minutes. Breakfast was perfect with wide choice of food. We got fresh lunch boxes before we traveled to Auschwitz. They even made us fresh packed food at 3 o clock in the morning before we went to the Airport !!! Everything was according to our request: boiled eggs, cheese, fruits etc. Thank you! The whole hotel is really clean, our room was cleaned every day even though we did not ask for cleaning. Fresh bottle of water every day which was very helpful after a long day in the town Sockets in the rooms are international, citizens of different countries can find the suitable ones.

Everything was great, amazing, fantastic – the hotel really makes a strong impression. Service, cleanliness, comfort – all top-notch. But…

the breakfasts were a complete disappointment. For a five-star hotel, we expected something entirely different – the breakfast service doesn't even compare to what you get in three-star hotels in Poland. Honestly, we're speechless. It’s a shame for such a high-standard hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, it was a little bit too far from the centre for us. And not a lot around the area to do. The staff were great. Very friendly and very helpful. And everything kept beautifully clean.

Purely the location being too far from the town.. there was nothing not to like about the hotel . Everything was perfect , the food in restaraunt was brilliant and extremely well priced great value

Nice clean apartments, with all the facilities needed by me, my wife and my child. Internet is fast (and free). Breakfast is good (not fancy but decent, anyone can peek something per his/her needs) and the restaurant is great, both traditional polish and western dishes are worth to try (I've settled for tasty burger this time, my wife going for polish soup). Overall, it's worth the money. Enjoyed my stay.

Bereakfast is one of the best ones in this hotel. Staff is most helpful, everyone is very friendly. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. It was also well equipped. The hotel is not in the city centre, but all parts of the city are within a short, 15-20 minutes drive from here.

The hotel is very close to one of the main roads of the city with heavy traffic. Therefore there is some distant noise even during the night, but it is not that bad after all.

This has not been my first visit at the property but we had the best time. I was visiting it with a group of friends at this time. Everything was excellent. We like the staff that was very helpful and nice. All were naturally kind and mindful of the guests. The place is old but very well renovated and clean. A fairly tale property that is very down to the earth because of the people who run it. The old charm of Krakow ,Poland is meeting the convenience and functionality. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very fresh breakfast choices , included with the room price. The all day dishes outside of the breakfast done by the place was great. The food was greatly done from the beginning to the end. The air conditioning was turned and working. Sometimes hotels in Europe don’t provide that. We were staying there during the hottest days of the month , i am sure. The inside comfort was highly appreciated by us. The old polish cuisine is fusionend here with other cuisines - like Italian. I’m hoping to be back.

We were very busy during the night with the daily excursions but we were more free in the evenings. A more full tv package would be helpful to have. We could not find anything in English on TV.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was abundant, with a huge selection. It was a very calm and relaxing stay. The hotel is about a thirty minute walk from the main square in Krakow, which didn't bother us as we don't mind walking. I'm sure there must be a bus, I don't know. But the staff would help with that, I'm sure, as nothing was too much trouble.
