Price was very good, position of hotel ideal for the dentist I booked into. Free car parking.

Smell of cigarette on the fabrics , obviously people had been smoking who had it before us., not the staffs fault ,maybe a scented smoke pellets would cure the smell. the sink was blocked, water did not drain very quickly,. Other than that we would stay again. There is some renovation work taking place, as there were plaster boards in lobby,

We traveled with a father-in-law and Major Hotel supposed to be transition point to the main destination. Lena, who is an administrator, was friend and kind. She helped us with accommodation and any incoming requests. Kate, who is a chief, cooked us a delicious breakfast and recommended the best time for having tasty meal. Natasha, who is a cleaning manager, kept the room clean and fresh.

The room was clean n tidy. Good value for the Cost.

The shower did not put up good pressure and it was spraying everywhere, not a direct flow. We specificly asked for a double bed but got too singles. But we were informed about this in the end that we might not get it.

Overall everything was fine, it was very convenient that the parking was on the hotel grounds, but the breakfast was just awful!! The choice was extremely limited and nothing hot was offered - no scrambled eggs, no omelette, no hot drinks. From the products that were there, you could make sandwiches and wash them down with juice!

Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.

good hotel for that price, liked the room, two windows, big and have a lot of shelves, table, chair and wardrobe, one bad was really one! not two moved to be together. nice pillows. we were provided with faster hair dryer even there was stationary in the room and kettle. bottles of water and glasses in the room) parking is free and a lot of free space

no cups in the room for making tea, in the morning breakfast was really poor but omelet and sausages were good anyway ( for one time is ok but if two nights - better to find something g else). the main for us - Wifi - very bad, almost didn’t work

Really close to important places like IKEA, Galeria Bronowice and a Chinese market :)

The furniture was a bit damaged

There are two towels per person for three nights, it is rediculous, it is hot in krakow now, I went to shower several times a day

we were have a television. bathroom was clean

we couldn’t find anybody at night. we were need the toilet paper but we couldn’t find bcs nobody was in reception.

Despite on some poor facilities everything is clean and strong. Stuff is very friendly. Large free parking is exceptional bonus for Krakow. We’ve liked it
