Just a great place to peacefully spend a night while in Krakow suitable for everyone, offering a great attitude of price and quality, I would like to point out the great quality and variety of offer during the breakfast. In my opinion the place where hotel is located in isn’t the worst, but definitely isn’t the best one, it would be ok if you are driving a car, as the public transportation from city centre may take some longer time, as well as a proximity of the airport contributing to the day and night sounds, which may interrupt your stay in the hotel. But I would emphasise that this hotel is definitely worth to stay once in Krakow.

The staff were exceptionally supportive, understanding, and very friendly. We seemed to have lots of requests and questions and they addressed all of them well. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, perfect place to rest. Hotel can support you with extra toiletries according to the sign in the bathroom, which I liked, although we didn't need to use this service. Breakfast was tasty and some options change each day, so you can always try something new. At the end of our stay we got complimentary tea.

The location isn't central but it's not really a downside because everyone checks where the hotel is located when they choose it. So, basically, no downsides.

Really nice hotel, comfortable beds, secure parking in the garage (extra charge but still cheap) and a really good breakfast with lots of options. Short walk to a bus stop into the city centre or there is a bus station a little walk away with more routes available. Hotel staff were very helpful and busy ensuring the breakfast remained topped up. Kettle and tea making facilities in the room was perfect for a pre breakfast cup of tea.

Construction next to the hotel and our room faced it, so when they were working (the polish start really early) it was too noisy to have the window open. It wouldn’t put me off staying there again though

The place is good

My plane was late and it was after midnight so I was looking for a 24 hour hotel. Found this one. They answered on WhatsApp fast. But I when landed and wanted to get a taxi, I had some trouble with my card and they didn’t work for some reasons. Asked the hotel if I could get any transfer but got the answer “no”. And that’s it. I understand it was my problem but it was night and I was really tired so if they at least would have suggested any assistance I would have been more loyal and would have given the best rates and review. But not:) anyway, everything else was okay

This hotel is situated on the ring road around Krakow which made it ideal for the location, but there was no disruption caused by the traffic noise. We asked for a room overlooking the city and that was provided which was appreciated. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant in this hotel was not open that evening but the restaurant in their sister hotel next door was and served really good food which was excellent value for money. Breakfast was served in the restaurant of the main hotel which was plentiful and satisfying. A nice bonus on check out was being given either a packet of complimentary coffee or tea which was a really lovely thought. When we are back in Krakow we will certainly look this hotel up again to stay in.

I’ve noticed the same comment from other people’s reviews on Google maps. It says it’s not a 4-star hotel. It’s a 3-star one. The hairdryer in the room was broken, so I had to call couple of times to get a hairdryer, which I was told to go and pick up downstairs. Ok, I thought, maybe the person didn’t want to leave the reception unattended. I came downstairs and there were 2 people there. They were just lazy to bring it to the room, so I had to go downstairs with my hair wet. You also need to ask for tea/coffee/towels if you are staying for 2 nights or so. So I have mixed feelings… The rooms were good though

The room was comfortable and clean. There is a very large shopping mall within walking distance.

The hotel is quite far from central locations, outside the city. If you don't have a car, you need to take two public transportation transfers to get to the most central location. Most of the receptionists were friendly, but I think some of them are still in training.

We had a one night stop before flight from Balice next day, location was ok for us as it was relatively close to the airport as well as old town. Very kind stuff, underground parking where you can book a place in advance (+40PLN), comfortable beds.

Generally everything was ok, price/quality ratio was ok. However bathroom could be cleaner or generally refreshed.

We only stayed one night on our way to and from the airport and city center (we used Bolt taxi) We were able to leave our bags after check-out and pick them up later before our flight home. Great breakfast for all tastes

The windows of our room faced the courtyard, where a few meters away is the construction of a multi-storey building. Due to the high heat, the builders started working loudly already at 6:15 in the morning. The room was hot, the air conditioner was not working.
