Extreme cleanliness, people who work there are kind and jovial. The room of decent size with confortable desk and chair to sit with my laptop. Not all hotels have that. The building is "late Gierek" style, feels like upgraded PRL hotel :-) Communication: Krakow has excellent network of the city buses and trams. Bus 169, just outside hotel, to Bonarka shopping centre and to the city, bus 179, 400 m away from the hotel - travels to Kurdwanow (with its attractions) and to the city. Bus 204, bus stop approx 600 m from the hotel, to Wieliczka salt mine.

Depends on what one needs, the distance from city centre may be a minor minus. For me it was perfect because it was very quiet.

Great value for money. The place is a bit dated as in PRL style but it is very clean, quiet, tranquil. Rooms are slightly larger than average hotel room. There are shops nearby and one or two take aways. Far from old town attractions but good tram and bus connections. Will definitely come back there.

Attentive and friendly staff. Clean and tidy room, although the furniture is not new. There is no refrigerator in the room, but guests can use a shared one (second floor).

bit far from the centre, but considering how safe and easy to move around Krakow is, absolutely no problem at all. great place to stay for short breaks. nice people too.

Very good value for the price, the transportation is available right next to the hotel. The room is clean and nice, there is a kettle for coffee.

I have enjoyed my stay, as it was almost next to the grappling center where i had my training. The room was decent and breakfast was really good, some hotels may not have this level of food.

Room was very clean, well washed towels and linen, no unpleasant smell. Very friendly personnel, they provided an early check in for free, and let me do a 4hr late checkout for free as well.

- There were 2 single beds and they were really comfortable. - Ample towels were provided. - Allowed to check in munch earlier than the listed check in time, with a clean and ready room. - Many drawers and cupboards to keep belongings. - Good wifi

- There was no fridge available, which really limited meal options during the hotel stay, and hence 1 star less.
