If you don't take the package that includes breakfast, it's very expensive. It looks good though, but it would have been $30 CDN each. There are no facecloths and no small hand towels. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants, cafes, the castle and river were very close by. We had trouble finding it at first. Housekeeping service was very good every day. There were lots of outlets and computer ports. Good lighting and two bathrooms in our room, as well as two balconies. The area was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it. As we are news junkies, we would have like a TV station such as CNN to keep up-to-date.

There were no facecloths which are always included in N. American hotels and no small hand towels. The pillows were a little soft.

Very modern room and good location

The Aircon didn't work and although it was October the bedroom was 26oC making it very hard to sleep. Complained twice but it wasn't fixed

The location is spot on. Walking distance to every where you need to go, and also in a quiet place. Inside the hotel is also quiet. The staff are helpful when asking questions. The bath/jacuzzi is also good once it’s full.

I would have liked the breakfast selection to have been larger. The pancakes are lovely but order double and be prepared they aren’t hot or warm. The bath/Jacuzzi takes a while to fill as the water just trickles out. The T.V in the room is none existence, as there are no channels in English, and the ones that say they are, don’t work. No netflix etc lovely size T.V, but ended up watching stuff on you tube even that wasn’t great as selection was rubbish. The cleaning staff don’t replace your toiletries if you use such as Cotton pads and we had a glass of wine with a drop left in and it wasn’t taken away for 2 days.

Preliminary note: The location is perfect. Quiet in a side street without flowing traffic, but on foot in 3 to 5 minutes at the Vistula and at the Wawel Castle, at the Park Belt and in the Old Town etc. ... and Krakow is really beautiful there. I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor and possibly at the end of a corridor and accordingly received such a room. Thanks for that. There were many different lamps that could really brighten the room , if you wanted to read something (eg reading lamps by the bed), there was a small desk, coffee maker, air conditioning, comfortable armchair, small balcony with two comfortable garden chairs and a small table, empty refrigerator (very good, because I like to cool my own things :) ) , a well planned bathroom with large shower and good storage space, an iron, etc. etc. I felt very comfortable and could sleep well there or rest after my hours of walking around krakow and then walk again in the evening through the illuminated city. The breakfast was really, really good. There were ingredients for cereals, nicely prepared small dishes (e.g. salad caprese), a selection of good quality cold cuts and cheeses, some juices, etc. etc. In addition, you could still order warm, freshly prepared dishes (omelettes, etc. can not remember everything :) ). The two dishes I ordered were perfect and very tasty. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Preliminary remark: the following things are not really a problem, but of course there is room for improvement in all hotels ;) a) there are very few hotel parking spaces (reminder: it is in the city centre), so you either have to find a free public parking space or park in the underground car park of the Sheraton Grand Krakow Hotel (only a few hundred metres away). The car is safe there, but it costs 240 Zloty (approx 52 CHF / 55 Euro) for 2 days (august 2023). b) The room was perfect for me as a single traveller, but the room might be a bit narrower for 2 travellers. However, it may be that I only got this room because I was travelling alone (so what I write here is subject to this :) ).

Wonderful price-quality ratio. The room was superb, while the staff - super attentive. I would like to express our gratitude to the guys at the reception - Jakub and Marcin - who were most helpful made us feel welcome. Breakfast is quite expensive, yet fresh and tasty with many options available. Our room was fitted with a bubble bathtub and a bed which descends from the ceiling, a modern touch indeed! :) Everything was clean and tidy. A parking spot is available at the garage for 140 zloty per day.

We loved the decor and the location of the property. The room and amenities were very modern and the staff were beyond friendly. The breakfast was lovely every morning as well with lots of options, hearty and healthy!! Would definitely recommend!

The room was very hot when we got there (23 Celsius) and we were unable to turn the room temperature down using the thermostat no matter how many times we tried. Maybe there was some winter season override. We were able to sort this out by leaving the window partly open during the day

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is newly refurbished, really beautiful house and interior decor. The room was good sized, had a really nice shower. We received complimentary water bottles every day! There was a safe, an iron with an ironing board in the room, large TV.

The room had two sky windows out of which only one had a blind on it. That meant that when the sun rises at 5 in the morning it's pretty much not possible to sleep anymore. Additional window to get some fresh air on the wall was really tiny and only opened from top. This made the room a bit closed feeling, like on a boat. Which of course can be considered alright if you want to get up early and explore the city. The TV, being big, only had polish language channels.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff! Stayed here recently with my dad for a trip to krakow. The hotel was super easy to get to from the airport on a bus and our room was ready early which was much appreciated! The room was clean, a little too high tech at times when trying to turn on different lights but the in room aircon and specific heating settings was very nice. The mini bar was stocked with peanuts which I am allergic to (I did not notify them in advance so this wasn’t a problem) so we asked these to be removed and not replaced everyday, which they adhered to. Noticed a little bit of construction work going on but this was only in the day time and had minimal disruption. Breakfast was better than we anticipated with hot options available at request and an extensive selection of pastries and fruit. A nice medium size hotel right in the centre with an amazing bakery at the end of the street and 2 min walk from the river!

Would of been nice to be informed of the construction works prior to visiting

Great place to stay in Krakow. Even though it's called Apartments, it feels more like a hotel. There's a 24-hour reception desk, they offer breakfast service at a charge and the rooms have exactly the size and amenities of a hotel. Quiet and comfortable, with all the comforts you need. We stayed one night as we travelled through Krakow on the way to somewhere else. The location is good to explore the city on foot. If you arrive by car, the street parking is not free, there's an expensive hourly charge applicable also on bank holidays (free at night).

We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. However upon arrival we were told of an extra charge for our pet: 100 zl per night (around 25 euros), which was not mentioned clearly on the Booking.com property page.
