Perfect location, clean apartment, quiet place, accommodation with a dog possible and free of charge, clear instruction how to get to the apartment

Wi-Fi very weak and unstable, especially in the evening when all the guests are back home. No hand towels (only for shower), very minimal kitchen equipment, no shower gel, little storage space in the bedroom (it would be good to add a few shelves)

Room too small for four people for 6 nights, while there were other rooms twice as large at the same price ( our friends were luckier than us). When we asked for a larger room just like our friends , we were told that all the rooms are the same size as ours and that our friends' was the only exception, which seemed just an excuse

The location is perfect. Vavel is visible through a window. Spacy room with with high ceilings, kitchen with 2 fireplaces (dont leave anything on it, or you will get annoying beeping). All dishes, fying pan, pots, tools were present (for 4 person). Bathroom clean and comfortible with enough towels. Bed sheets are white and clean. Only loud plastic sheet was annoying. Bed was ok, and the sofa... Is quite comfortable as a sofa. Parking a car was not a problem: found a parking place not far away on the street 6PLN per hour mon-sat 10-20h.(have in mind, that you cannot park in street where hotel is: pay attention to signs). The room has some signs of wear, but for the price this is the best, that you can get. Totally recommended.

1. I hope that was a mistake, but we got 2 blankets for 4 persons. 2. Some of my family did not like squeeking floor, but that was not a problem for me. 3. There was no electrical towel dryer in a bathroom, so if you get wet in a rain or wash your socks there are less ways to dry your things.

Central enough to walk 8 mins to the Square.

Booked the Deluxe apartment but didn’t get what was in the photo, in fact our apartment don’t fit any photos on site. Our bedroom door won’t close cause the bed was in the way. After the second day I approached the reception team and they then moved us into another apartment and that was more like the picture I saw on website

The location was fantastic which ment you could go into town and come back during the day, The apartment was clean, had aircon and it was fairly quiet. There was a place to leave your luggage.

A tea towel to dry up cutlery etc and a plug for the kitchen sink would be beneficial.

Excelent location. The apartment is very clean, with small balcony where you can sit in the evening and drink a vine or eat breakfast and enjoy of sounds of bells.

Just need to be carefull with the parking if you coming by car. Do not park in the same street the car where is apartment, because you can get the penalty. It is just for residents

Very clean. Great location near Wawel and main square. Allowed pet without extra fee. Had to pay for parking extra, but I guess my fault I didn't clarify before booking.. friendly staff and always available to answer questions. Easy check in and check out..

The apartments were cheap, very reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable, and the facilities were good for a short stay. Only a 10-minute walk into Old Town. Really good location.

The walls were thin, so it could be noisy, but it is an old building, and that can't be helped. Most of the guests / apartment owners did their best to be quiet.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment in a typical old building ( Kamienica ). It is perfectly located in a quiet street close to all main attractions of the old town like Main Square and Wawel.

The kitchen equipment is really very basic.

Location, flat was very clean. Enough place for 3 people. Sofa in salon is comfy.

Apartment needs some maintains (shelf in the wardrobe was near to fell down on me), also it is mentioned that there is a washing machine in the apartment. Washing machine was missing.
