The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the location was excellent. The studio room met our expectations, and we had no complaints at all about the facilities. That said, there is one important point worth noting — please see the next section.

Unfortunately, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. It was external catring company. We ordered both classic and sweet options to share, but the pancakes were unexpectedly dense and hard. Additionally, the other items appeared to have been served directly from the refrigerator rather than freshly prepared. We had hoped for a fresh, made-to-order breakfast, but it seemed that some of the food had been prepared in advance, possibly the day before.

I had an exceptional experience at Stradonia in Kraków. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable — always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist with any request. The apartment was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and ideally located just a short walk from the heart of the Old Town and Wawel Castle. It felt like a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Special thanks to the entire Stradonia team for their warm service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kraków — it truly felt like a home away from home!

Centrally located comfortable serviced apartment. Well stocked (and restocked when requested). Having stayed in many cities I must say the staff were amazing - above and beyond in terms of friendliness and professionalism.

Lack of English channels on tv although to be honest we were out most of the time so rarely used them.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Big windows overlooking a beautiful view of the chapel, and it was perfect. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this place is exceptional—spotless in every detail. The location couldn’t be better, situated right between the Old City and the Jewish Quarter, with everything within walking distance. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and willingness to assist at any time, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review. This apartment exceeded all expectations, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this gem in Krakow.

Clean studio, comfortable bedding, a good selection of kitchen utensils and appliances, centrally located, welcoming staff, safety feeling, lovely view of the castle. The use of lounge area with free coffee, water and warm drinks is also amother plus. If you book the castle view, I would suggest to request 2nd floor for a betrer view of the castle. We've been here twice and the view from 2nd floor is nicer.

Studio is smallish although this is a minor detail, rates are moderately pricey, but this is expected since its a central location.

The location was perfect. Our superior studio was a great size, with very comfortable twin beds and lovely pillows and linen. Slept so well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and was a great size. The bathroom was large and also had a washer/ dryer. The studio felt warm, welcoming, so comfortable and of excellent quality. Welcome pack on arrival too. The staff are the stars. The most helpful, kind and friendly 24 hr reception team we have experienced. They went above and beyond to help us, to find information, teach us some Polish, book restaurants, recommend tours and sightseeing. Take us to the local shop in the middle of the night to buy a few essentials when our baggage didn’t arrive off the plane!

What a lovely property in the PERFECT location! Just a short 5 minute walk to the Old Town and close enough to all the major attractions to walk to. Our studio apartment was clean, spacious, and with a well equipped kitchenette to prepare small meals. In fact, we prepared our breakfast daily in our apartment. The BEST thing about Stradonia? The staff! EVERYONE at the property was very helpful and clearly wanted us to have a pleasant visit to Stradonia and Krakow. Thank you!

Great apartments with good value for money. The location is perfect. In the middle between the old town and the Jewish district. The apartment looks amazing, modern and new, with enough space for a family, including many closets for clothes. The kitchen is well equipt (although we didn't cook anything). The reception team is great and so helpful!

We were 5 and it was a bit challenging with only one toilet... Also, I was missing some shelves or surfaces to put things on (like makeup, skin products, and so on. Also, I would put more towel hangers as there was only one. The towel dryer was not enough for 5 people.

The property was in a central location, clean and spacious. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was very spacious for 8 adults. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding and fantastic seating areas for all of us. The 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower) were well equipped with body wash, shampoo and body wash can be used as bubble bath. I cannot fault the apartment or the staff within the complex. I will definitely be booking these apartments again and I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic city break apartment.
