Pretty room, beautiful wedding place, the restaurant has delicious kitchen, the athmosphere is lovely. Free parking, kind staff. I could use the fitness room and the wellness (which has finn sauna, infrasauna, salt cabin, and jazuzzi all with beautiful lightings) the stuff was helpful with everything.

friendly staff, really nice hotel rooms and facilities, Breakfast was great. this was a prefect hotel following my flight, easy to find and plenty of parking. quiet area near the airport so no need to worry about noise. breakfast had loads of choice in a nice restaurant, great start to the day

There was nothing to complain about. this is a airport hotel so not in Krakow Centre, not sure what the travel links into the city were as i headed the other way

Comfortable , clean hotel with very nice spa ( only pity that open for few hours) and lovely garden with playground

the breakfast, although with big choice could have more fresh simple products ( eg. in place of many different vegetables salads simply yogurt) , for people not used to heavy polish breakfast there was a limited choice

I was coming after midnight and after 10 minutes I had to enter basically through the door service because the receptionist was not available at the moment. The breakfast needs to be improved in a much better way. I didn't like it at all.

Easy access to the city with car. Close to the airport. Good size rooms. Welcome drinks. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with many choices.

No adequate darkening curtains in the rooms. Amble light in the room disturbed sleeping 💤

The description said it was few minutes from Krakow- but it is much further if you arrive by train

Double room is spacious and warm ( end if Feb) Wellness facilities are decent. 10 min drive from Krakow airport

Very clean nice sauna and spa staff is so polite and helpful ;)

That we get 2 single beds in exchange of one queen one but I did agree for that when staff ask about it so no problem at all.

Great, near city location, easy to get thru various express roads, good value for money. Surprisingly good breakfast.

Parking was almost packed and a bit noisy as the place is next to an express way.
