Visited this hotel several times now with young family for a short break. Pool and spa are amazing. Nice play room for small children. Well kept and sizeable outside play area as well. Very nice location and some good restaurants near by if you don't want to have dinner on site.

On site restaurant is pricey. Breakfast is very nice but we were charged full price for breakfast for my 4 year old who only eat few spoons of cereal each day. Kids under 8 should eat for free when accompanied by paying adult especially on buffet breakfast as our child did not really eat (she didn't even want a pancake) and we were still charged for her.

The hotel has a fantastic, green and peaceful location, very friendly staff, quite a nice spa area/swimming pool (a really large swimming pool!) and it is very clean. The surroundings are beautiful. There are a few things which were disappointing but we had a very nice stay regardless.

A number of things could be improved. The air conditioning and fridge in the room were extremely noisy. We could hear people talking in the neighbouring room. There was very little service in the café in the evening. Bad coffee for breakfast...

Hotel and grounds really nice. Village on Lake in walking distance. Pool and sauna suite good and free. Room comfortable, good size, excellent shower, bottled water supplied.

Not impressed by restaurant. Had breakfast twice and it was good enough without any major international aspirations. Everything was self service. Walked away from restaurant in evening. It had an atmosphere of a cafeteria. Alternative was a pizza on the terrace which was fine. Tiles in pool area were very slippery when wet, a serious risk for clients.

very nice hotel for a family. Breakfast was very tasty. Swimming pool had a big zone for kids. The playroom was also great for a small baby (2-7 years). Outside there is also a playground. View from the window is relaxing - either on forest or the green football pitch (interesting why just outside the hotel there is full scale pitch..). You can also use the tennis court. I fully recommend to stay. Last but not least, the personell was very friendly and helpful

Excellent relaxing place, tried the Magnesium capsule, was pretty good to get stress out :) Nice surroundings for forest walks. Excellent staff willing to help in reception, restaurant, bar, etc. The sauna options where good: infrared, dry and steam, pretty much all options covered.

Overall the stay was great, these are just some minor things that could be improved: 1) The Jacuzzi on the SPA area could be stronger, but this is a common problem in all places. 2) Food on the restaurant buffet during breakfast would benefit from: offering bigger yogurt options (100g is very small), freshly squeezed natural juice (the ones served were from concentrate) and better quality cheeses (i.e. blue cheese, brie, etc.).

Beautiful location in the heart of Bory Tucholskie. Breakfast OK as was dinner a la carte perhaps we should have opted for the buffet option. Location is magical. Beautiful place to unwind and have few peaceful days.

Room was spotlessly clean when we arrived but patchy during our stay.

Quality of food, size of rooms, large parking and nature all around

the noise in the room, maybe from the aircondition, restaurant closing at 9 pm and serving food in paper boxes for take away so You can finish it in the room, soup from the jar --> we came with customers from Germany so it was a bit of an evening joke

Amazing place, starting from the rooms, all facilities in and around the building. The staff was polite and helpful andnthe the food in the restaurant was amazing. A big thanks to the chef!
