Mostly everything was ok. Nice spacial rooms with appealing furniture. Good choice of breakfast. Sufficient staff to keep everything neat and clean.

The rental price for robes is quite high, especially in case of a one-night stay. If you want to go swimming for one hour, the regular entrance fee is cheaper. The sausages at breakfast should have been warmer.

Breakfast was very tasty and staff very friendly. The easy access to the water park with saunas was great! All the rooms and halls were spacious and quiet.

The dinner was tasty but quite basic and expensive for the limited selection of food. The staff was friendly but I was surprised some staff members at reception did not speak English.

I haven't been to the pool activities. I can't comment. Night entertainment could do with a little more for older families..younger kids seemed to love it.

It was clean, decent and good location close to the lake. Staff was polite and informative. The meals were good and in a good variety throughout the week we stayed in

It is awkward having to go to the reception on your swimming suits along with the other guests checking in. Especially when they have an unused counter at the pool entrance on the level below that could be used to check guests entering the pool

The range of the breakfast was exceptional and food quality very good. The staff were helpful. Most but not all spoke good English. The balcony with view across the sports ground was a nice surprise.

Bathroom sink tap very stiff. No plug in the sink. Valuables safe unusable.

Great location – close to shops, the city center, and the main promenade. One hour of SPA access was included in the stay – a nice bonus. Water re-fill in the hotel, it was super convenient

Breakfasts were very repetitive. During our 3–4 day stay, there was no fish offered at all. Housekeeping was nonexistent – we stayed for 4 nights, and nobody came to clean the room or even empty the trash bin!!! The SPA access was poorly organized: You have to change in your room, as no changing rooms or lockers are provided. No towels are available at the SPA. If you take towels from your room, they remain wet and are not replaced unless you specifically request it – and even then, it’s only on the next day. You can rent a bathrobe for 25 PLN, but this should really be part of the included service. Overall, the SPA experience could be great, but it's not thoughtfully arranged. There’s plenty of space (like a long hallway) where at least lockers or towel service could be added to improve guest comfort.
