Very spacious room, good breakfast, great location. The Italian restaurant has very good food, especially the creme brulee was amazing. The spa/pool area was empty most of the time we were there - seems most people visit for business and don't have time to go there :) although there was also no staff there most of the time so it's a bit worrying in case e.g you faint at sauna.

Beds are way too soft, and the room we stayed in needs refreshment - overall the hotel doesn't feel like 5 stars anymore - glory days are behind it. Someone called us in the middle of the night via the room phone which was super annoying considering we have a 2months old baby. The balcony needs a bit more cleaning, the swing-chair was super dirty.

The pool area is tiny, and only three sunbeds available and no other place to sit by the pool, which was not great if more than one hotel rooms show up, the sauna was OK but again, for 5* hotel of this size, we thought it was dissapointing but as long as you know what to expect, I guess this is OK

You shouldn't allow dogs to stay. I heard barking next door when in my bathroom.

The location was excellent. We really enjoyed our evening meal in the Trattoria.

There was no toast available and a poor selection of yoghurt and jam. There was no Maple Syrup to pour on the Naleszniks.

Lake view was great. Staff friendly. Kids room was fun. Nice big breakfast.

Beds seemed old and not very supportive for a 5 star hotel. Basement restaurant had a DJ and I could hear the bass from the second floor.

Wonderful place right on the lake. Very accommodating and friendly English speaking staff. And I can be difficult :). Absolutely top notch included breakfast with plenty of gourmet variety of choices. The spa is also a very good plus (pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath) and two restaurants on site. Get a room with lake view and balcony, it’s worth it. You wake up to the sound of birds and the peaceful lake view. I visited for the film and music festival concert at the arena right next door. Easy commute back to my room :). I will gladly return.

They don’t have body lotion in the toiletries so bring your own.

The best hotel in Ostroda

The hotel is clean and has a good location at the lake. The room was big and comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything looked modern. The breakfast was great! The Hotel has a nice swimming pool and two small whirl pools you can use. It was a great stay overall! Diękuje bardzo!
