The facilities are in general well taken care of ( the rooms not that much) The common areas are nice and cosy. The food is excellent. Staff is kind.

The beds are uncomfortable because they move easily as do the matresses. We were there for a week and they did not change the bedsheets nor did they clean the room properly every day. They changed the towels though ( when they were on the ground) The noise of the several parties until 2 a.m. (loud music and people talking ) . The clients are informed of disruptions that may occur because of party services, however one would think that after a certain hour this would not be possible (or are there no noise restrictions after a certain hour in Poland?) Breakfast has no fruit.

Nice building, clean and warm room really close to the town centre. The food served at the restaurant was really good.

Basic facilities in the room for the price paid. Breakfast wasn't something special but the ingredients were of good quality.

Stayed in hotel for the second time. It was pleasant before, better now. No doubt, all-round, the best hotel in town; can match international standards. Staff is friendly and efficient; most of them speak some English. There is a beautiful court yard to relax and excellent restaurant. Recommend to business and leisure travelers.

The biggest let down was the lack of thick curtians in the room. I wen there just to get a sleep along the way and was woken up at 6 in the morning from the light in the room. There was only one whie thin curtain. I don't like to give low remarks as I am a hotelier myself, but I went there to have a good night rest and I could not. Furthermore there was a somewhat loud crown in the building bar or restaurant I was only able to fall asleep beause I was very tired.

They could offer more choices on breakfast. The evening meals were fantastic!

Location and service and staff

Room didn’t have shower curtain nor cabin - a bit outdated arrangement. Air conditioning unit wasn’t working and we have struggled in over 30 degrees temperature especially that my other half struggled with asthma. Second night we have been looked after by staff and problem was resolved. Repetitive breakfast with no pastries however plenty of small bakeries around. This could be an easy-fix small budget alternative
