Extremely helpful & happy staff, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The Spa facilities were better than expected, with a range of 5 sauna’s / steam rooms & 2 jacuzzi’s. The peace & quiet was the real winner, to sit on the balcony terrace & simply hear the birds chirping was so relaxing!

The bowling ( ten pin ) area felt a little busy ( too many people kept walking in & out ), although there were seats to rest between playing your bowling turn. That aside, it was a fun experience.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's situated in a beautiful location - by the lake. Rooms are extremely spacious, beds comfortable. The restaurant "Malina i pokrzywa" was great - delicious food a la carte and very friendly and helpful staff - these ladies deserve extra credits. We truly enjoyed our staying and we will be happy to be back.

The kids play area was great. The location and the building itself inside/out are well taken care of. It is a beautiful property and we will be back if it is on our route.

There are small details that need to be worked on before any complaints. For example, our toilet paper holder was broken.

Location, food, exceptional service, warm atmosphere, beautiful design and decoration

Two double beds joined together to make it one for a couple is not an ideal solution.

Related to the room: - The bathroom is amazing! One of the best I have ever been to. Good water pressure, space, clean. - The bed is very comfortable, no complaints. Related to the facilities: - The pool area and Jacuzzi are easy to access. - The restaurant is very big and spacious. I never saw it full, always some place to sit and relax. - The outsides are amazing and well taken care of, with multiple places to relax.

Related to the room: - It was summer, hot. No available fans or anything to provide some refreshment inside the room. We had our windows open the whole time and the feeling inside was like a sauna. - Some bugs were found dead in the carpet. - No information on how to use the phone to contact the reception desk, or the restaurant etc - No available map of the facility (on paper) - Internet does not work properly anywhere in the whole hotel space, besides the reception and restaurants. Related to the other facilities: - The breakfast was good, but for the price of the room, it should have more fresh vegetables and fruits. - No one was available when we went to the pub in the basement of the hotel. We tried to find someone but the whole pub was empty, with no one from the staff available. In summary, the price is too high for the services provided. While there are good things, they are at a basic level.

Nice looking hotel and main facilities, clean, great location, good breakfast, good a la carte menu and a generous buffet. Lovely spa staff.

The major thing was the beds were very uncomfortable, way too soft, we could not get a good night's sleep and rest because our backs were hurting, which is not good when you go on holiday and expect to rest and sleep. The room was badly laid out, could not plug in one of the bedside lamps. The cutlery at the restaurant (for a la cart service) was still a little greasy from the dishwasher, not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We went at the end of August (paid peak season prices) and did not feel as though we got value for money.
