Good size of the room with kitchen anex and tarrass. Abolility to prepare meal is really handy if you decide to stay for longer period as breakfest optiona ( even if always fresh and delivered at doors) are rather limited and have not been changed since hotel opening. Parking just in the front of hotel so it is easy to get in and out.

Smell... from one side heavy and nauseating scente at the common area from some kind of air refresner. From the other the smell of damp in the bathroom /room... Hope that it was only *accident* and any problem that might be behind it will be solved soon.

Great location in the city centre and the location itself was quiet as well. Staff is superb: friendly, helpful and polite. Place has a washing machine, there is a gym in the building (with additional cost). Units have aircon and heating. Really nice, large terrace with a view connected to each room (I think). Refreshments like water, coffee or tee are provided. Body gel & shampoo are available, rooms have a dryer too. For summer there are even sun-beds available in the room. Rooms have stove (but no microwave) for some basic cooking and all the utensils, there is a fridge too. Comfortable beds with clean sheets. There is a lock box in each room. Outstanding breakfast with door delivery.

The internet may occasionally slow down especially by the end of the day, it also has packet loss which may cause interference and hang/lag during video calls so it can affect work. Most of the time it's ok though (I think it was around 35mb download and 5mb upload). Codes to enter the place may be confusing at first. Occasionally it can get a bit loud due to other guests (families with kids primarily), most of the time it's quiet though.

Clean rooms with everything what you might need

We did experience issues with getting into hotel after 22 due to unworking door code. I presume it is mechanical damage to the entrance door on the floor as other quests's code also did not work. Breakfast ...has not changed since hotel opening after all this time would be nice even a smallest variation

Very clean and comfortable room. Cleaning staff was very friendly, would recommend to a friend. Breakfast delivered to your door if you don't feel like going down to cafe downstairs.

Extremely well appointed rooms. High quality finish to each room. Spotlessly clean. Lovely cafe on the ground floor which provides a choice of breakfast with the option of being delivered to your room. Very nice, friendly staff in the cafe. Unbelievable value for money. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Some door entry keypads were slightly unresponsive.

Lovely size room great to relax and injoy the week Down stairs was a great cafe/bakery and your I'm the centre of the town so ideal for shops and few minutes walk to the lake

The walls are a little thin so you can hear the next room but that said I still slept through One thing which was a pain is the massive number for the door code I can go to a bank machine and take out money with 4 number pin so I feel the door code should be 4 numbers so easy to remember

Breakfast was brilliant and a good variety to choose from and it was lovely having breakfast out on the balcony. Great location in the centre and the apartment in general was amazing, feeing like a home from home. Would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay while visiting the city or passing through! Clean and modern design! Parking front off the hotel entrance! Easy self check-in and Getting to the room by elevator or stairs!

The instructions on entering the hotel could have been better. Could not find the room number at first, this should be the first information you see, in bold. Did not find the WiFi password at all. Too much light coming of the street. The blinds were not sufficient.

Very nice modern hotel with contactless check in. Good parking outside. Excellent breakfast or packed lunch delivered to the room.
