The hotel is 3 km out of town situated between the highway and a forest. WiFi and breakfast were very good. The rooms on the forest side (West) are definitely very quiet but have no view. The size of the room is above average.

We would prefer a small table instead of a third bed in a double room. Getting rid of that bed there would be plenty of space for two chairs and a small table (which you have on the balcony but is of no use when it rains). The double bed could then be placed where it actually belongs - with the power sockets and reading lights on either side instead of the bed's center.

Staff was very friendly. We could extend our stay for another two days without having to change rooms or checking out and in again. Breakfast is a niche buffet with some local food and standard hot eggs / sausages.

Reception doesn’t speak english. No one explained about breakfast time or how to get to room. I had to ask all questions by myself. Hotel is sort of dark and looks outdated.

Water from the tap was really chalybeate and smelled strong. I recommend bringing extra bottle of drinking water. There was a couple of bottles in the room also which was nice.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the scrambled eggs and hotdogs. I also appreciate the late check-in (11pm). Lovely hotel overall, and brilliant value for money! The balcony with a nice view was a bonus as well.

There was no complementary shampoo and hair conditioner, so I had to wash my hair with soap (had only a small backpack with me so couldn't bring any through the airport). No coffee or tea in the room.

Breakfast was super! I also liked the terrace and altanka where you can eat breakfast or just relax. For kids there is a playground with the trampolin, which was a bonus. For adults there is small bar counter.

It is very nice to have two bottles of water in the room. it's hot outside, there are no air conditioners, but there is a fan in the room. took into account the request for a quiet and peaceful room. добры сняданак. вельмі прыемна, калі ў нумары ёсць дзве бутэлькі вады. на вуліцы спякота, кандыцыянераў няма, але ж у пакоі ёсць вентылятар. улічылі просьбу пра ціхі і спакойны пакой.

Beds is very comfortable. There are play zone outside for kids. Its perfect when we come with a child. Breakfast is delicious! Stuff is very friendly ant speeks englisch. In conclusions, we are happy about staying in hoter Milord.

Play zone for kids are old and need to fix. In the room toilet doors does not close.

the property looked very beautiful, royalty. nice that whatever time you arrive someone is waiting.

as they don’t have conditioner, room smells like you haven’t been there long time. also language issues- they don’t speak English. breakfast was poor but with this value of money it was ok. seems that there aren’t warm water late evenings, it came early in the morning.

We were surprised with the comfort and beautiful surroundings. The beds were perfect. Very good breakfast! Also, we respect very much the business that suports Ukraine (Ukrainian refugees were staying at the hotel).
