We liked all the facilities included. The swimming pool with saunas was excellent and included in the price — we really enjoyed that. Breakfast was also good. The location was great — we had a nice walk in the forest, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t manage to try the bicycles, but they are available here, which is a great advantage. The staff were nice and polite. We also visited one of restaurants and food was good.

I don’t want to be mean, but some of the furniture was a bit old and slightly dirty. The TV was really outdated. I wouldn’t say it spoiled our experience, but it didn’t quite give off a 4-star hotel vibe, I would say.

Beautiful and secluded place among the forest, very varied breakfast, the cook of the restaurant on the territory of the hotel just 10 out of 10, I do not understand why such a low rating was given to the institution. A variety of leisure activities to suit all tastes

Very large hotel, for such a relaxation area, with a small pool and 2 saunas, and the second sauna stopped working on one of the days. You can get lost in the corridors. You can get cold when you get to your room from the spa area. There was a stain on the issued bathrobe, in the room stains on the carpet. No cosmetic accessories in the room, except for a shower cap, soap and universal product shower gel + shampoo, which I consider nonsense. For the price, quite for Poland, should work more on quality rather than quantity

Location and facilities are just amazing. If the weather permits it is perfect walking and jogging area. Of course during summer it is great water sports place. Autumn stay was cosy and comfortable. Definitely perfect place for kids and families. We will be back

There is not much choice of restaurants and the only one available is very expensive. The food was great but there should be some alternatives for simple family meals. Prices are unreasonable. We wanted to come with 2 dogs, the charge 100PLN per night per dog is on high side, and though we understand cleaning is more time consuming after, still the charge for 2 dogs is out of the blue. Pity, as hotel is a great place to come with animals and to enjoy the stay

A hotel with a very beautiful spa area. The location of the hotel is also excellent — near the river. It truly feels like a reconnection with nature. The breakfasts at the hotel are quite good.

The restaurant has a very limited food selection and very high prices. There was nothing for me to simply have a decent meal. I had to order room service every day because the menu there was more nutritious and diverse. It’s a shame there isn’t a second, more casual restaurant with a menu similar to the room service options.

We liked the location, forest and river near the hotel are really amazing. The swimming pool indoor is a special place for the family with kids. Indoor and outdoor kids areas are also great and sufficient for the active kids for a few days. Breakfast was more than sufficient for demanding guests. Coffee is also decent.

The restaurants on site are too expensive. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor, or at least it was in our room. Spa services are expensive as well.

I would like to say a big thank to the owner and staff of the hotel for everything you do to maintain the service at the highest level. From the very beginning to the end of our holiday everything went perfectly - despite the fact that we had a special request (my friend suffers from claustrophobia) we asked to change the room with a view of the forest. Despite the fact that there were no available rooms in the system, the staff quickly took all measures and provided us with the desired room. An interesting program has been compiled for guests, free yacht cruises, spa. The cuisine is incredibly delicious. The coastal area with entertainment and a super atmosphere will not leave you indifferent. The entire territory is perfectly clean, perfectly maintained with perfect repair. Here your holiday will be worth every penny paid. Despite the fact that during our stay at the hotel there were many visitors in connection with the event, this did not affect our holiday at all. The level of service of the staff really impressed me. We will recommend this place to all our friends and will definitely come back again!!!

Modern hotel, big rooms, clean. Very friendly staff. Decent kids area, great swimming pool. The bar/club/bowling/billard area is also quite a highlight if you manage to visit it. The breakfast buffet has tons of choices and is very tasty. The restaurant a la carte also serves elaborate and tasty dishes. Lots of activities included in the price + lots of additional paid ones available.

The restaurant a la carte is pretty small and if there a bit of people the waiting time can be long or even very long. The TVs in the rooms are small and old compared to the general standard of the hotel. Hotels are generally expensive but I feel that here the value for money is not that great.

Perfect location near the lake, ideal for lakeside walks. The serenity of the place in general was top notch

Our room was toward the restaurant/bar patio with music playing till after midnight and then starting again at 7am - we could hear it even with our windows closed. The dinner buffet was rather limited in vegetarian options for the high price.

Excellent. The location and facilities are great. This is a very big place; you don't feel crowded. Staff at all levels is excellent: professional, helpful, and understanding. We were impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of the cleaning staff. The restaurants are very good, but make sure the main chef is not on holiday during your stay.

The A/C in the room and the Wi-Fi connection, in particular, need improvement.
