Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price, not fancy but fresh and tasty, the restaurant is really beautiful. Parking in private yard also definitely a plus even if somewhat tight. Easy to get to from Lt, edge of Warsaw. The room and furniture is very basic, old school/retro, but if you consider it to be a style and not a budget decision it's actually really nice, a lot of natural materials and not much plastic stuff in the room. I liked it personally, different from the usual ikea stuff. Hope they don't change it.

Bathroom had all the basics you need but was a bit small, sink was in the way of sitting down, maybe a change of layout would help. Some spots in the room and bathroom could use a touch-up, but really nothing too bad.

The location of the hotel is not as bad as it could seem at first glance on the map. A bus stop is located just outside the building while Metro (station Zacisze) can be reached within 12 minutes of walking. And the 3 tram stops (Kawęczyńska-Bazylika, Czynszowa, Rondo Żaba) that are within a 40-minute walk open up the majority of the vast and efficient tram system directly and the entire system if you are OK with changing once. Personally, I both arrived to the city to and left it from Warszawa Wschodnia railway station and both times took the tram Dw.Wschodni (Kijowska) ↔ Kawęczyńska-Bazylika. The staff didn't have problems at all at communicating in English and were willing to help. The breakfast included everything that one could expect at a hotel of this price. There was a sufficient variety of fruit and vegetables, hot meals (even if very few vegetarian options), cereal and dairy (including vegan milk), and bakery products.

The room door is lockable with physical (metal) key, not a contactless card, meaning one needs to manually lock the door from the inside after having come in, and manually unlock the door from the inside and then manually lock it from the outside when going out. The sound insulation of the hotel is particularly poor; when in the room, one can constantly hear people passing the corridor. That having been said, (at least in my room) the noise from Radzymińska street could not be heard at all. There is no power socket by the night table.

The breakfast is great, with plenty of options they refill constantly, and a decent coffee machine which serves several kinds of black and milk options. Our room also came with two power points on each bedside

The shower bed kept giving way + one of the shower doors was broken. The handle on the window broke off when we closed it, and the same thing almost happened to some of the hooks/fixtures in the bathroom. We had a twin room with two beds, and the bedding on one of them was way too small and kept sliding off

Breakfast buffet, great facilities, great value for money, free wifi and location was close to everything I needed.

The only downside I found was the shower had a hot water service problem where I had intermittent hot water supply and occasionally rusty brown water would sometimes come out of the shower head. But by the final day that did seem to clear.

I actually booked by mistake. We usually go to the Arkadia Royal because it is on route for us. However, I left the booking in tact. A lot of the reviews were iffy. However, to be fair, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very good, for the price, and it was good to have an on sight restaurant.

Only things were, no Aircon, but that is to be expected at this price point. The main road outside is quite noisy if you are at the front and the window is open. Also, we were a bit late at breakfast and some items were not replenished, but probably could be asked for. That is a slight language problem for us as we are from the UK. Internet signal was poor.

Easy to find, friendly staff, clean and spacious room — a good option for an overnight stay while traveling. Comfortable beds. Quiet, with free parking on the premises. Good and varied breakfast

Everything about the stay at Hotel Arkadia was excellent. The staff is qualified and courteous, the rooms are top tidy and comfortable, the hotel itself has a magical charm! But the best thing was the food - absolutely delicious breakfast, proper modern polish cuisine for lunch and dinner. I would recommend this place for both business and pleasure, the hotel also has a great location, you can very quickly get to the centre and this is a quiet area. A lot of cool people stay there, my friend told me it's a Warsaw gem :) And she was right!

Room was very large and comfortable. the bathroom and the whole room was very clean only the furniture of the room was a bit old but it did not affect our stay. breakfast was mediocre but had different flavors of food. the area was close to the center by a tram. Pqarking was ease in fron of the hotel. It was ultimately a worthwhile stay
