Perfect location if you are attending an event at the stadium (within walking distance even if you are tired). Multiple public transit stops around, and easy connection to the train going to the airport. Both the Old Town and the zoo can be reached in 5-6 mins by tram. The room was bigger than expected, airconditioned, and cleaned daily. The bed was very soft and comfortable with convenient outlets behind the nightstands. The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us check in few hours early. There are many minimarkets and food options around, some open until 11pm. We tried the restaurant across from the hotel, which had a tasty lunch menu.

The pillows were very soft and smooshable, which some people might not find comfortable.

Perfect place for visit of Warsaw, close to the Old Town, public transport (tube, trams, buses) in the near, Zabka shop behind the corner. Very tasteful breakfast, ideal ratio quality/money. Good restaurant in the hotel opposite. Amazing Lebanese restaurant Le Cedre, 450 m by walk.

Bath cosmetics could be better, better fragrance would be appreciated, it was like colorful water with bad smell.

I have been staying at the Hetman hotel for some years. It is strategically placed close to Old Town (15-20 min by walk) in the revitalized Stara Praga district. The hotel has the spirit of early 20th-century Poland, the facilities are well maintained, and there is never a problem with car parking (street or hotel's). The area around the hotel (to be precise - between the hotel and the Wistula River) is a sort of creative quarter of some old, sometimes even abandoned, and very hip new buildings. The metro station is 5 minutes on foot. A lot of stylish cafes and restaurants around. Rooms are big (in old-fashioned style), clean, and well-maintained. You get all you need at a very competitive price.

Rooms facing the street can be noisy from street traffic and pedestrians. Soundproofing is not always good inside the building as well - one can hear a lot of noise from the people on the stairs and the lift.

It is a friendly hotel, located in an interesting building, surprisingly comfortable and clean as for the *** place. Very nice staff, rich breakfast. My room was comfortable and quiet. Complementary water and tea in the room. The hotel is located in the heart of Praga district, in vicinity of quite a lot of restaurants and cafes (check "Zrodlo" and "PragaTu" for dining and "Proces Kawki" and "Coffee Galeria Sztuki" for coffee - and for early breakfast or late drink go to "Bazar"...) and places of interest (Warsaw's Zoo, St Michael and St Florian church, an orthodox church, Praga District Museum, Praga cinema and light opera, the housing typical of old Warsaw, the National Stadium...). You will not be bored.

The beds were way too soft (worn out...). The price I had to pay was unreasonably high, probably because Guns N Roses were playing at the National Stadium that night...

The hotel is in a very good location, 2 minutes away from the metro, or bus and tram stations. The center is 15 minutes avay by public transport Shops and fast food are just around the corner. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and spacious enough. We were three of us, the room had 2 single beds and a sofa bed, which was surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6.30 is continental buffet, there is something for everyone. You park your car in their garage. We were with a van, public parking in front of the hotel, free during the weekend. We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, but we could have stayed a few more days. I definitely recommend

After a few decades of staying in Warsaw on our trips, we chose the Hetman hotel as our main base in town. "Old world" building with well-maintained facilities, in his style, placed just a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. No problem with street parking, close to the new pedestrian Vistula bridge, and a popular hipster district around. Absolute value for m oney as well.

Staying in Hetman hotel regularly for some years, it is evident how they have improved the facilities and services with time. This last stay was unpleasantly surprising - the bed sheets had brown stains on them, possibly as a result of unsuccessful drying or just too intensive usage. Can't remember such cases before. Hope it was just a random occurrence. It takes ages to build a reputation and just a few mistakes to destroy it

Hotel was very clean and quiet. We came for an event, so picked the hotel with somewhat affordable pricing. It was much better than expected! Very quiet and filled with a bit of a retro charm. Staff was helpfull and polite. Room was bigger than in pictures, beds comfortable and everything was very clean. Bathroom was acessible for handicaped (very considerate and comfortable), there were extra hygiene stuff one allways loves - like toilet seat covers and such things. Hotel is ~30 min walk to PGE narodowny so that was good. All things considered we loved our stay and were very pleased with our room

Due to owerflow of people comming to event there were a bit hard to find car parking, but street parking is very affordable (cheap even) and we managed to find a spot nearby. Did not really afftect stay overall, but something to consider if comming by car.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. We got a large room over 25 meters. The room is very clean. 2 bottles of water are provided every day, and towels are changed. The breakfast is excellent and of a high standard. The location of the hotel is excellent, 150 meters from a central intersection of Warsaw, Dweza Wilanski. At this intersection there is a metro line, 10 tram lines, and 10 bus lines, traveling all over Warsaw. The hotel is 10 minutes away by tram/bus from the old city. On my next visit to Warsaw in two years I will definitely stay at the Hatman Hotel . Avi Schweitzer. Israel

The hotel is a bit far from the city center on foot, but only one tram stop away from the old town. The room was spacious, with a good bed and pillows, and the sheets were clean and white. What stood out most was that the room was thoroughly cleaned, even the ceiling light fixtures were dust-free. A particularly pleasant surprise was the breakfast. The selection was large and excellent, including yogurt, salads, various sausages, cheeses, cakes, and more. A superb variety

Pet-friendly hotel rooms. Nice location to visit Praski park, and Wisla river sight-seeing. And bike rental spots nearby. Easy control over air conditioner in the room. Very fresh air in the spacious room, without any strange "hotel" smells. Private underground parking. Also the breakfast options were good and tasty.

Underground parking is tiny and requiring some maneuvering skills, but it was not a problem for us and our car. TV was not working (something with connection error). The hotel is pet-friendly, but the breakfast restaurant does not allow pets, and there are no tables and seats aside of it where dogs are allowed - you have to leave them alone in the hotel room during your breakfast.
