What a wonderful property! We loved our one week stay at the Royal Tulip Warsaw! The property is located in a great location (near restaurants, shops, grocery stores) and is only a 30 minute walk to Warsaw Old Town. Our room was spacious, had a kitchenette where we often made our own breakfast, a large and well equipped bathroom, and a large-screen TV. And, the building gym was the best gym we have ever seen in a hotel building in our two years of full-time travel! But the best part of the Royal Tulip Warsaw was the staff! Everyone we met was EXTREMELY professional, helpful, and positive. I would like to give a special mention to Magdalena and Mateusz who cheerfully helped us numerous times with special requests. Our stay at the Royal Tulip Warsaw was PERFECT!

The hotel’s modern and stylish interior is truly stunning. They went above and beyond for my mum’s birthday, decorating the bedroom beautifully with a banner, balloons, Prosecco, and cake—such a thoughtful touch! The gym was fantastic, and the bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The bedrooms were impeccably designed with everything you could possibly need, including a powerful hairdryer. The abundance of mirrors and excellent lighting—something many hotels get wrong—made getting ready an absolute breeze. As we arrived at the airport, I received a lovely phone call from the team member who had decorated my mum’s room, checking if she liked the setup and personally wishing her a happy birthday. Everything about our stay was perfect, and to top it all off, it was incredibly affordable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Warsaw. The location was excellent, close to everything. The room was large, and well stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom and shower were great, with nice hot water and a rain shower. The bed was very comfortable for a nice relaxing sleep every night. On top of all that, our room had a great view of the city which we enjoyed waking up to. I also really liked the gym and sauna, very modern with great machines unlike most hotel gyms!

Nothing; this hotel really puts passion into providing a great service and relaxing stay, which you can tell!

The room was exceptionally clean. Fantastic shower with great water pressure. I loved that there were robes, plenty of towels, body cream, shampoo, conditioner, and even slippers provided. Having a coffee machine in the room was also a great touch. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, with a fridge and everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also felt reassured having a safe in the room for valuables. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The interiors and decorations were beautiful, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The gym was beyond expectations, well equipped and perfect for keeping up with workouts while travelling. Staff were very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better.

The only small downside was that the TV didn't have any streaming apps for movies/series available.

The room was clean. Brilliant location and the staff were polite at the reception desk. I really like the coffee machine and variety of tea. Also there are a good kitchen equipment. You can find everything in the kitchen. The bar has an amazing cocktail- NewYork sour.

On Saturday we came at the restaurant at 10:30 and the trays with food were empty and didn't replenish the food. We were a bit disappointed as the reviews were good regarding the breakfast. The receptionist didn't inform us that if you pay at the reception it will cost 85 zl , but directly in the restaurant will cost you 95zl.

The hotel truly excels in comfort and quality. The studio rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a cozy atmosphere. The gym is exceptionally well-equipped for a hotel. Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh options and a chef preparing egg dishes to order.

While the hotel offers many amenities, its location is not ideal for those looking to explore the city’s main attractions, as it is neither central nor particularly close to notable sightseeing spots. However, the surrounding area compensates to some extent with its vibrant atmosphere and proximity to Fabryka Norblina, a lively entertainment hub.

Love this hotel. Thought it looked too good to be true on line but it turned out to be exactly as pictured. The staff were quick, efficient and polite. Helpfully spoke both English and polish which made checking in a breeze. The room and view was stunning we had a suite and could have stayed much longer. The car park was great and really convenient and allowed us to come and go as we needed. The lifts are super quick for a tall building and we loved having a zabka near by!

were trying hard to find something not to love about this hotel. Its just too good! The only small thing was the cafe breakfast stopped at 10:30 and we like a lie in! The main breakfast hall was avaialble but we are not big eaters and wanted a lighter bite!

The cleaning staff was excellent. Really clean rooms everyday. The rooms were generally really nice. The gym was absolutely fantastic - never enjoyed a hotel gym so much before. Nice restaurant, bar and cafe! And very convenient with a kiosk just outside the lobby

Only small stuff on my dislike: The TV was not very good. The TV only offers flow TV with no option to cast streaming services (Netflix etc). There were limited channels in English, and the resolution of the image was bad. The pillows were also not the most comfortable - too big and fluffy - but that might be personal taste. The bed was not a double bed, but just two twin beds put together, which is not ideal when you're a couple.

The area of the hotel is very nice, with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafés and it's easily reachable from the airport by public bus. For those who like to walk, the old town is about 30 minutes away, otherwise there are a lot of options for public transport, which functions very well in Warsaw. The hotel is very modern and elegant, with impressive design. Room is comfortable and clean, with an astonishing view from the 16th floor. Beds, pillows and bed linen are very comfortable and smell nice. The lightning in the room is amazing with so many options. The kitchen is very convenient and well equipped with all the necessities. There is a coffee machine that also works as a kettle and they refill every day coffee, tea and bottled water, although the tap water is drinkable. The heating is perfect and adjustable. There is a very modern and well equipped gym and sauna, never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had to ask twice at the reception to manage to get slippers, since we didn't find them in the room upon check in. The staff is formally polite, but quite indifferent, reserved and cold. They could be warmer and more welcoming and at least greet the guests when entering and exiting the hotel entrance. A big TV is almost useless, cause it's not smart TV and there is no big selection of channels.

Location, staff, facility. Service was so good. Good cleaning of the room everyday.

One king size bad that is two small bads together, not so important but… Leaking shower in the bath, not so critical but issue. And if you order Junior Suit with king size bad and city view you should be ready that it will be 2/3 floor room, but staff kindly provide us with alternative on the 15th floor after request but again with less comfortable room that it was. Generally the hotel was very good despite the above mentioned issues.
