The hotel is located by a busy crossroad but being inside you have no idea what's going on outside - it is like you step into a different, much more quiet, world. Additionally, my room was located in the quiet zone. I loved it. I haven't seen this before in other hotels, and it's a game changer. Coming back to this oasis of peace after a busy day in the city, was like a dream. The coffee available in the room was great!

When I arrived in the evening, there was a mini piano concert in the lobby. Not something I could avoid being part of, as the lobby faces the reception. That was too much noise for a place like a hotel reception.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Warsaw and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The breakfast was truly exceptional—easily the best I have encountered at any hotel. The variety of high-quality options was remarkable, and despite my best efforts, I was not able to sample everything. The freshly prepared juices and excellent coffee further enhanced the breakfast experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated approximately 10 minutes by Uber from the Old Town, providing easy access to many key attractions. Throughout my stay, I found the hotel to be immaculately clean, and I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Overall, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Warsaw to both business and leisure travelers and would be delighted to return on my next visit to the city.

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza - Warsaw - The HUB, an IHG Hotel, and I must say that our experience was outstanding. The hotel is located in one of the tallest buildings in Warsaw, offering incredible views of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was just as impressive with a large shower. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, not just the room but the entire hotel. The breakfast was one of the most varied and delicious I’ve ever had, with an incredible range of options, and the view from the dining area was simply breathtaking. The hotel's modern and contemporary design is another highlight, creating a very inviting and stylish atmosphere. The location was perfect – very close to both metro and tram stops, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. Warsaw’s extensive bike lane network also makes it ideal for those who enjoy exploring by scooter or bike. Additionally, within walking distance, you can find Starbucks for a morning coffee or McDonald's for a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel, and it’s definitely on our list for future stays when we return to Warsaw!

Location is perfect near train and metro. Gym is great. Breakfast is top notch.

This is my 3rd visit. Room was smaller this time, and no couch at foot of the bed. Fridge was faulty but was promptly replaced when reported. Housekeeping disposed my things on coffee table which was clearly not disposables. On one occasion during housekeeping, bed was not made, trash was not emptied, my extra acesss card went missing, things were half done.

I stayed nearly a week on a business trip. I would recommend this hotel for my business colleagues for sure. There are excellent restaurants in the area as well as the hotel dining. Room, bar, dining, gym on a high floor with a city view. Spacious room. Housekeeping on demand. Many lifts. Helpful staff.

Smaller bed than expected. Minor omissions: lucking shelfs to put your folded clothes on. Missing hooks on the empty wall next to the door. Extremely long wait at the bar with our order incorrectly taken. The bad taste of the experience in our mouth was taken back to the room with us, and we didn't return to the bar the next day.

We have stayed for few nights and were not disappointed, from the first moment to the last we were delighted, the service was excellent. Very friendly staff always happy to answer any question, food was fantastic not only various delicious breakfast but also restaurant. Rooftop bar served tasty drinks and has amazing views, great atmosphere, the lovely staff at Signature Bar downstairs even remembered our coffees from other visits. Location is great, close to old town, there is an option to use either trams or metro, few minutes away by car nice shopping centre. Our rooms were very spacious, clean to high standard and with everything we really needed, bed was soooo comfortable! We definitely will come back if visit Warsaw again. Next time I will remember about being an IHG club member.

Nothing to dislike

A very modern hotel conveniently located right next to the metro and tram stops. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed, a relaxation area, and amenities such as tea, coffee, and cocoa, ensuring cleanliness throughout. Enjoy a rich breakfast featuring a wide variety of fruits and desserts, including ice cream. The hotel is close to Fabryka Norblina, offering diverse dining options and entertainment. Additionally, at the gym and sauna facilities, guests receive complimentary towels and water.

Although new, the underground parking is oddly laid out, and the directional signs are very confusing. It is also quite expensive and does not offer any discounts to customers, unlike what I have encountered in other hotels in Poland. We stayed for 3 days, so we preferred to park in another garage nearby. We arrived Friday afternoon and by Monday morning, the impact of all the construction sites nearby was noticeable...

I’ve stayed multiple times first of all because the rooms here seem to be always clean. You also get an awesome view from any room here. The staff at every position are all very friendly polite and helpful The breakfast here though is perfect, staying at hundreds of hotels in about 40 countries for me it was the best one ever and only a few places come close. If you’re someone that needs to have a good breakfast i can’t understate it

Let's start with the staff: I want to compliment exceptional Marcin from the reception since this guy was very warm welcoming, friendly and extremely informative ( I wish ALL polish people were just like him ) .So Marcin- if you read this, i just want to let you know that you worth more than 5 stars ! :-) The room was large and very clean, well air conditioned and very quite, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast : excellent, very tasty and such a various of good food. (any kind of food you can think of...) I warmly recommend
