This is a hotel in a modern residential complex. Local Poles live nearby, but there are many expats, as the offices of international IT and auditing companies are nearby. The main advantage of the hotel: it is warm, hot water flows well, there is everything you need for living: TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, a good set of cooking utensils, plates, cups. Very close to metro, bus and tram stops. There are many small grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. And the main advantage of this hotel is the absence of cockroaches and bedbugs! In the old city these guys can be found in almost every hotel.

We arrived quite late around 10pm. It took a long time to find the reception. The girl who was expecting us was in a hurry to get home and was in a negative mood because she had to stay 5 minutes after 22.00. We really liked everything else.

Modern and new, great water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything one might need for cooking, hair dryer, iron, etc. Really, everything one might need.

A bit difficult to find the place where to go to pick up the keys, I was lucky there was a local lady entering the same building, she explained me which floor I have to take the elevator to, etc. Would be nice to have some signs indicating where the office/reception is (in my case, the flat itself was in another building nearby so you have to pick up the keys first).

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The woman at the reception was pleasant and friendly, and she quickly found solutions to our concerns regarding the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Pets were allowed for a security deposit. The location is good. The metro station is nearby, and the walk to the old town wasn't too long either.

Very nice apartment. We liked it and also area is nice. Centre is 40 min walk. Good that they have parking place for car. Everything was clean.

We small issue with breakfast. Problem is that breakfast you need to wait around 30 minutes. They are very good but waiting time is too long, especially if you need to drive further and time is critical for you.

Nice modern apartment with good facilities. Situated in a nicely designed new quarter. Quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Metro, bus, tram, bike rental and supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

The downside is that the bedroom and bed are a bit small.

The young lady that checked us in was really helpful, gave us recommendations for food that were not in the tourist spots, really good to eat with with locals. The room had extra pillows and blankets, a washing machine, plenty of outlets to charge our electronics.

Apartment have a good localization and is located close to public transport. Apartment have modern look, clean with all necessery stuff for use. Internet connection was ok. The personel nice and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious and various.

Good location, Comfortable underground parking, The apartement was very clean and cosy A lot of space for storing cloth and baggage Grossery store in the same building, bars, restaurants, hairdresser in the neichbourhood.

Air conditioning system did not work, but that was not a problem at the beginning of May.

It was amazing, very cozy apartment with good facilities, have everything needed for a living, even washing machine and a dishwasher. We stayed for one night only, asked for earlier check in and stuff provider the check in upon arrival at 11:30, though in website it was mentioned after 2 pm. We completely satisfied our staying and will definitely come back. Thank you

Had a great stay - location was good; different food options and transport connections nearby; space was clean, warm and comfortable; check-in was easy and efficient with friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to leave my bag in their office until my evening train, which was very helpful. Would recommend and stay here again when traveling through Warsaw alone or with someone.
