Perfect location, friendly staff, city center, lots of entertainment within walking distance. No sirens in the morning, which is surprising for Warsaw city center. Easy check-in & out service. Comfortable interior

The room was dusty, especially in the bathroom. The bed linen was stained, although it was clean. In the bathroom, only two bath towels and a foot towel were provided. There were not enough hand and face towels. According to the rules of the apartment, smoking is prohibited, but there is an ashtray on the loggia for some reason. There were dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests.

There was nothing I disliked.

Our Stay was Excellent! The apartment had all the facilities which we needed for our stay and it was also super affordable for a 4 star hotel! The place was very clean and cosy and on top of that the staff were super helpful! we had to extend our stay due to an emergency and they let us keep the room without hesitation whilst also offering us a discount. ( The View from the room was super nice ) Apart from that the location of the apartment was also very close to the centre with various restaurants and shops close by! I would highly recommend staying here during your next trip to Warsaw!

We really liked the apartment, it's very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. We got there earlier and saw the cleaning ladies mopping the floor, and everything was super clean The location is good too, a few minute walk from the metro station Lots of food courts around Supermarket just down the street Very nice staff

Nice apt, clean with washer. Liked location and balcony. Easy check in. Appreciated bag of ice in freezer.

Kitchen not set up well - no paper towels or dish cloth or small sharp knives. Need instructions for washing machine. No bedside light in one bedroom - have to turn light out outside the room!! Need a light by bed and a little table.

a very nice location, central. The property has a parking (to pay extra). There was everything needed in a kitchen. Beautiful view to night towers. Lots of places around to have a dinner.

one of the rooms with a balcony had a poor sealing, therefore even with a closed balcony door it felt a bit cold. Everything else was ok.

Location is the best. Price for the 2 bedroom is great. Overall, very good stay.

We received no maid service in 10 days. The beds are uncomfortable. The shower is awkward to use...cant take a shower without water spilling out all over the floor.

Very nice location, pretty good view from the balcony, comfy couch and clean bathroom. The balcony was a good place to drink my morning coffee. Finally a place with a good amount of capsules for a dishwasher!

The kettle was slightly dirty and the toaster was REALLY dirty, so I couldn't use it. Also internet speed was not great for work.

Location is excellent and the staff were kind. We arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave our luggage in the office.

The apartment had a full kitchen but didn’t have any frying pans nor cooking utensils. We were looking forward to making some breakfast or easy meals for the kids but it wasn’t easy without a proper knife

It was a great apartment with a fantastic view. There is an area of various restaurants nearby, also a grocery store in the same building, and a few fast food places. There was a washing machine in the apartment if one would need to quickly wash some clothes.
