Nice looking clean hotel with good food (great breakfasts and enjoyable restaurant for lunches or dinners). Our room was modern, big enough, nice comfy bed and a desk with a chair, a coffee table and an armchair. We also had a small fridge, kettle and every day we got two bottles of water (still and sparkling) as well as a variety of teas which we could make for ourselves.

The hotel is next to a warehouse of some sorts so if you care about the surroundings you may not like this.

Air con didn’t seem to be working, tv was not a smart tv so couldn’t connect to netflix and only polish channels available. Didn’t feel very secure as anyone could access the building. They did have a security guard however when we came down at 2am, he was found fast asleep in the chair and he didn’t realise we were there which didn’t give us much faith in the security of the building.

Our room, which looked exactly as it was pictured on the site had plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The window was large so there was plenty of natural light, but it was also possible to make the room completely dark with the curtains, and although the hotel is situated next to a busy road with lots of traffic, we couldn't hear any of it with the window closed, so nothing got in the way of sleep. Breakfast was varied and delicious and the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel has a lots of parking spaces around it and bus stops in just a couple of minutes of walking time, so the inner parts of the city can be easily reached as well. All in all, our stay was a very positive experience and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

I can't really say anything negative regarding the hotel itself, but would just like to point out as a heads-up that if you want to move around the city with public transport from here, it is useful to plan ahead, as the hotel is a bit far off from the city center and getting to these parts does take at least a 20-30 minute bus ride depending on the destination. However, buses come pretty frequently even at night, so this is not a huge issue.

The hotel is conveniently located, just one direct bus from the airport. Rooms are spacious, clean, and stocked with coffee, tea, and water. Facilities include a gym and a relaxing salt cave. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the bar offers well-prepared drinks. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or running. Within walking distance, you’ll find numerous shops and a large shopping center, with a short commute to the city center.

Food delivery services (Uber Eats, Glovo, Wolt) only deliver to the lobby — you’ll need to go down to pick up your order. Three breakfasts were included in the room rate, but the hotel staff didn’t mention it. As a result, I missed out on the breakfasts.

room had a lovely setting and super clean. Everything was new and looks like they are taking care of the property. Rooms had all the things that was described in the listing.

I know I booked for twin room but later asked hotel to change to double room and they said it was assigned to me. When me and my partner arrived we had a twin room but couldn't change the room because the Taylor Swift's concert began and we needed to be hurry up, so we just accepted. I understand that the hotel that day was fully booked, but this detail made me sad.

The night receptionist was great, beds and bathroom were top quality and very clean. For us, the location was perfect since we came from a party very close by.

We didn't realise we had an east facing room until the blistering sunrise broke through the curtains at 3.30 am. Sleeping after that was impossible. The breakfast staff obviously felt too good for that job: they were not taking care of the breakfast area, clearing plates or refilling dishes. There was some weirdo behind the reception desk in the morning who was laughing at all the guests ?!

AC didn’t work, the staff struggled to resolve it wuockly and they only offered us a new room only after we asked for it. Kids were exhausted waiting late in the evening and hotel administration didn’t bother to offer any compensation for the struggle upon the checkout. Also the replacement room didn’t had sheets on the 2nd bed as it was supposed to.

I was not informed that parking is for 15EUR. When I asking if this hotel has a parking place, I got positive replay, but was not informed that it will be for additional cost,

They have amazing options in restaurant menu. I have some allergies, so chef changed for me some ingredients.

Some staff didn't understand English very well and spoke to me in Russian. I am flexible in languages, so if I have the opportunity to speak my native language, which is Ukrainian, or English, which is international language, I prefer choose one go them. In addition, I always can use Google Translate to understand other persons.
