That's an amazing hotel, easily reachable with tramway 9 from the city center. The hotel itself is situated in a calm neighborhood with many residences. The staff is very friendly, the check-in was fast. The lobby and the corridors are very well maintained/cleaned. The room is very clean, WC, shower, beds, everything. Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Warsaw and will definitely book this hotel once again if needed.

I didn't like the food. I ordered dinner and meat was undercooked and very hard. Breakfast also wasn't tasty. Vegetable salad was off. Very soft and already getting sour. Tomatos were old too. Soggy and soft. Definitely not fresh. Selection was poor and cake also dry and not looking fresh. Quite disappointing and breakfast quality not matching to the standard of the hotel.

A quite and calm place, nice to sleep and rest. Enough room facilities like water, tea, coffee, hair dryer, bath liquids. A cleaner came daily asking if we need anything. Less than 30 min to the centre and any other places. Social transports are available to different destinations of Warsaw. We used forest spa service. I have been searching for spa hotel to get rest with my daughter during Christmas and New Year holidays.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We asked to get extra pillows, and they provided them in 5 minutes. Also they helped us explaining how to get to the city center and explained how to use and pay at public transport. The room is small, but very clean and cosy. The beds are suuuper comfy. Our room was on the 10th floor and we had a really nice view on the city landscape from our balcony.

Sometimes WiFi connection got disrupted, so we couldn't properly use it and had to switch to mobile data. And could be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Great value for money which I payed. Stayed only 1 night, but in general was satisfied.

Need to improve room service (restaurant) I did order some dinner and was going again to restaurant to bring it to the room, as no one didn't offer me that it will be delivered to the room

Unexpectedly modern, elegant interior for such type of building. Competent staff, clean and fully equipped bathroom. A comfortable bed with firm pillows made the sleep comfortable. We were provided with tea, bottled water and instant coffee.

Located in a residential area far from anything significant. Not easily accessible from city centre - around 30 minutes with public transport. Facade and the balconies are neglected.

Didn't take breakfast. Restaurant fine.

I'm really satisfied with the cleanliness. The room service was excellent: there were every day 2 new bottels of water, tea/coffee, towels if needed and room was always cleaned well. A very comfortable bed, enough space in the hotel room and quite big wardrobe! Great place for this money!

The room was clean, and the staff was really nice, Little to no noise in the room.

The weren't a lot of options for breakfast.
