Pillows might be more pillowy

A comfortable place to stay for a solo traveler for one night. It was a relief after a night in a different hostel in a crowded dorm room. The bunks in the 4 person dorm were comfortable and had a plug. There were spacious lockers with padlocks provided. Enough room on the floor to manage the packing. Easy to access from the tram.

Only one toilet/shower for the entire place. It wasn't an issue for me, but there were sometimes people waiting.

The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were exceptionally clean. What truly made my experience special was the incredibly polite and helpful staff. They went above and beyond. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with various public transportation options accessible. The hostel's surroundings didn't feel unsafe even for an evening stroll. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped, making it perfect for eating. Overall, a satisfying experience.

The only drawback I experienced during my three-day stay was the chilly weather, but the staff was incredibly polite and provided an electric heater that made a big difference. Later, they even connected the heating, but as the temperatures continued to drop outside, the nights felt a bit cold. Luckily, the beds were warm and cozy.

The place is lovely, located in a nice neighborhood close to a large park Receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than expected Room was spacious, clean and bright Beds were cosy (each with a power outlet), and I think I had the best sleep I've had in months Kitchen was neat and well-supplied Shower was rather basic, but more than good for the price of stay

We couldn't figure out how to enter at first, as we were not given the code for the door beforehand. When we called the number provided by Booking, nobody answered, but the receptionist opened the door for us after we knocked on the window :) Other than that, no complaints, especially for the price

We had a good experience staying at the Lull hostel. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated in loft style. It was evident that a lot of effort had been put into the design of the rooms and shared places. We had comfortable beds with nice linens. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel was good. It was easy to get there, and to reach the city center from the hostel, There is a street with many restaurants and cafes nearby.

it would be great to add curtains to the windows in both the bathroom and the room. During the evenings, it was a bit uncomfortable to be exposed to the light from passing cars on the motorway. Having curtains would allow guests to have more privacy (even though the windows look to the quite isolated and quite space). the sound isolation between rooms and the bathroom was not very good. If the room is located close to the bathroom, it can be quite noisy.

The staff are very friendly and let me stay past check-in until my train, just what I really needed to work It has all the kitchen appliances and a fridge / microvawe The room is very spacious, you're not too close to your neighbours Quiet street, good transport connection and close to Warsaw East

Bathroom could be cleaner that day...

- The room is confort and have a lot of space. - All the hostel was really clean. - It have a really nice value for money. - It was really calm.

- Location (It is 5 minutes from public transportation, but it is impossible to go walking to the main points, and if you go out at night it is a long time waiting for the bus) - The staff don't speak english, just online, so during the stay it is a bit hard. - The procedure to "check in" don't seems so security, bad intentioned people can use it. - Was just a bath for many people ;/ (at least 2 bedrooms maybe more)

I liked the central location and the vibe of the hostel. They have books at the reception which is a nice thing. The place was also very quiet.

The windows don't isolate very well the room and it was cold during the night. The towels were not big enough and also very thin. And the bed sheets had some stains from the iron on them and also some dry blood stains.

Rooms were clean, the staff gives enough info ahead of time of local stores you'd need for basic shopping on a budget. Not that far from bars and restaurants and there is a bus/tram stop at 5 min walk away.

The yard might need some sitting benches here and there since it already has a nice shade to sit outside, some shrubs need trimming near the gate but not really a deal breaker.

It was clean, cheap, definitely good value for money. Nice contact person.

There was noone at the reception desk so I had to call them to enter the building and then they told me where the room key was, how to use a locker and so on. Which wasn't the most convenient for me but in general it was fine. But then some foreign guests came and had the same problem - didn't know where their key room was or whom to call and so on. Because they couldn't really speak Polish or English, they needed help. I called the hostel contact person and acted on behalf of the guests, translating their questions using Google translator, then showing them their room, explaining the house rules, how to rent a towel and so.on. I was happy to help but also very tired and just wanted to take care of myself. If there had been a receptionist on site I wouldn't have had to do their job.
