Staying in 4th Floor Bed and Breakfast feels like staying with your close family. The host is very kind, friendly and willing to help others find a solution. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had a mix of Vintage and modern interior, which made them feel very cozy. The breakfast was simple but very tasty. If we ever visit Warsaw again, 4th Floor B&B will be our number one choice to book again.

The lift is a bit scary to use, especially if you are claustrophobic. The ventilation in the bathroom was lacking. All of this comes from the age of the house, which was built more than a century ago.

Location was perfect, very close to the old town, and major museums. The apartment is huge, our bedroom was very large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Also, it was very quiet, we never heard other guests and slept peacefully both nights. The breakfast was tasty, with various cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, bread, and jams, and strong coffee. The host Matylda was friendly and helpful! She is a very lovely person. We highly recommend staying here and will book again next time we visit Warsaw.

- fairly old building that could do with a bit of renovation; - there is a slightly unpleasant smell emanating from the old wood, not dirty or unkempt, just due to the age of the building.

Accommodation consisted of a well-sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, satellite TV, and good heating, and soft clean linen. The ensuite shower / WC was clean and fully functional. The ample and delicious breakfast was served on a communal table, which gave us the chance to get to know other guests. Breakfast food was varied, fresh and included many items produced locally. Our hostess was charming, friendly, helpful and full of good suggestions about where to go and what to see.

Our stay was too short.

- Beautiful rooms - clean - very comfy beds! I slept so well there. The beds are more on the softer side - nice kitchen And one of the best parts: The breakfast was really good. It is in a nearby other hotel around the corner. It seems like that the breakfast is sometimes is provided by the B&B directly and sometimes from the other hotel.

The apartments are located in a beautiful house with a more than 100-year history. The room was clean and spacious. Facilities in the bathroom are new and clean as well. The location could not be better as it is close to the Old Town and shopping area. I did enjoy the breakfast served with delicious high-quality food. But I am most excited and grateful to the owner who was so welcoming and friendly that I want to come and stay there again.

The hotel is situated within a beautiful historical building in the quiet street in the city center. The renovation has breathed new life into the space, seamlessly combining modern and vintage furniture for a truly appealing ambiance. Each morning, a small buffet breakfast awaited, offering high-quality food. Matylda's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. Her willingness to assist with any request ensured we felt valued and at home throughout our visit.

While the overall experience was exceptional, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak in some parts of the room, but it did not significantly affect our stay. However, for those heavily reliant on internet access, it may be a minor inconvenience.

A bit difficult to find, but a member of staff was waiting to meet me. The property was a bit dated, but clean and more importantly warm. Breakfast was excellent with a hot buffet, cereals, pastries, Juices and hot drinks. I highly recommend this accommodation.

No stand up shower, just a bath with a shower hose.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our cozy and clean room in Warsaw was perfect, located near the charming Old City with plenty of restaurants catering to all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight, not just for the delicious food prepared by the friendly host, but also for the great conversations with both the host and our fellow guests. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect, the owner is super kind, really great and full of joy, friendly and professional, and she met all our demands. Breakfast was excelent, fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and loved everything. We recommend 👌🙂
