The apartment was really spacious, we had an extra toilet, nice seeting area with roof windows offering view of the palace of culture and science. Kitchenette seemed renovated, the rest must have been very cool and luxurious 30 years ago,but still was nice and added extra fun flavour to the mix. Location was very convenient, just a short walk to novy swiat street and even to the old own if your feet feel fresh enough or you can hop on a bus on novy swiat street for couple of stops. Lot of cafes and restaurants around, even downstairs is a nice pizza bistro. There is an car elevator to the garage, which was our first 🙂

The breakfast- not the most appealing way how to serve, it felt like a makeshift solution. To find the residence was a quest of its own- pay attention to instructions from the facility and you should be ok, it is in a courtyard of a block of buildings with narrow streets and difficult parking situation, you enter through a narrow gate crossing the pedestrians, waze and google maps are lost and are sending you through a closed street- probably sth recent

The location is perfect. By walking for a few minutes, you can reach the central train station, metro or tram station. Within a radius of 200-300 meters you will find dozens of restaurants, bars and shops where you can buy food or other necessary things. The room is very spacious, with all the cooking facilities like a real home for all those who want to eat a meal prepared by themselves. Mamaison Residence Diana is a very clean and quiet place with a very kind staff. I would definitely recommend it to those who travel alone or for business, as well as to those who travel with family

Perfect location. All the museums, tourist attractions within walking distance. 2-bedroom apartment very spacious, warm, heated towel rails, great showers. Liked the mini bar and housekeeping service to clean the apartment. Good wardrobe space all illuminated. Adam on the nightshift very helpful when I needed to leave for my flight in the middle of the night. Overall pretty good value for money.

Pre-arrival emails unanswered. Some furniture in the apartment a little tired e.g loose kitchen tap annoying, chipped tables and kitchen worktop. Pillows very soft. Extra pillows in the wardrobe but not firm. You can usually find a choice of soft or firm! If they spent a few hundred dollars putting these little things right it could be superb.

This is a price performance hotel. The location is convenient because you are in a nice street with lots of restaurants and shops and bars. A little bit far to the old town but it doesn’t matter because you might choose to stay in Nowy Swait street for the night which is very close. The breakfast was excellent with many choices of good quality food. Even there is mango and pine apple (my favorites) The room was quite big and clean. The bathroom looks new probably renovated. The staff was helpful and kind. The car park is free so it is really worth. I would like to recommend this hotel to young couples or friend groups or families. Thank you for everything

Room 307 was very large; good for 3 people . It was very clean. The beds were comfortable (not too soft). Very large towels. Well located; 30 minutes walk to the palace and tourist area. Staff were helpful and prompt to resolve small problem (missing one coffee cup - there were only 2 while we were 3 in the room)

Getting there with a car is not easy even with a GPS as it is located on a pedestrian street. Better directions to get to the parking area would have been appreciated (you have to go through a very small opening on a wall to get to the area).

Great location. Specious room. Thanks for the quiet room as we asked for. Great breakfast with many varieties of fruits. Loved sweet ananas and melon. Staff was nice too but some should learn to smile a bit !!

For that price some furniture could be renewed like couches. Uncomfortable sofa bed for the 3rd person and kind of broken! But the next day they changed it for a better one but still! If the rank is 9.4 some details should be considered. Like slippers, quality soap, clean sofas etc.

I like location of the residence. It is very close to downtown, restaurants etc. To see the Old Town, Nowy Świat street you need to walk for 10-15 minutes. If you wanna see other interesting places, you need to take a bus. The apartment was quite large and clean. No complaints here. Stuff very friendly. The parking is pretty small. For some drivers with less experience, it might be tough to park a car. You gotta "squeeze" your car between other cars in.

I didn't like the noise from the yard. People are walking by and yell in the middle of the night (Friday). It woke me up a couple times. Also to find the residence its kinda hard. I followed google map and it led me to the narrow gate in the center of the building. This is the way. Don't get confused.

The hotel is about five minutes' walk from the airport bus stop. It is on the pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants and is very quiet at night. The transportation is convenient, luggage can be stored, and there are free washing machines and dryers available, which is great. There is also a water dispenser for filling water. The room is large and comfortable, and the heating is sufficient. Everything is great.

A fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. We got a very large apartment, with two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lot of space. The room and the hotel were very clean with a modern design and everything you may need. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional, but good. I was able to find a spot in the small garage, but I confirm the other reviews: entering the garage requires a skilled driver. ;-) All in all, we loved it, and we will probably come back here, at our next visit to Warsaw.

Perhaps breakfast could be enriched with some pastries, croissant, cakes...

Huge studio apartment. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioned, good wifi. Great central location - close to shops, central station, trams and tourist sites. Plenty of places to eat nearby , including in the hotel itself. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing significant. We were a couple of floors up above the courtyard with bar and restaurants below. It could be quite noisy up to midnight. Didn't really bother us, but might be worth asking for room on other side if you are sensitive to noise.
