We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were truly stunning — beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was kept meticulously clean, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, exceptional service, and beautiful accommodations. I can't wait to return.

Might get noisy from the street in the evening (but we stayed over weekend)

The design of the hotel is nice. The staff were friendly. The location was good - near to the old town by foot and plenty of public transport options.

The room we had was very small, by the time you’d opened your suitcase you didn’t have much space to move around. The duvet and pillows weren’t particularly comfortable and felt a bit cheap - not what you expect from this standard of hotel. The website says there is a restaurant but that seemingly doesn’t exist anymore, you can use the space as a “work space” instead but it’s still set up as a restaurant. Would be better to replace with comfortable chairs.

I stayed in the William Shakespeare room, which had gorgeous theming and is the only room with a balcony. Despite overlooking the busy Nowy Swiat (an epic location, by the way), it was very quiet and the curtains kept all the light out. The bed was so comfy and I had the most wonderful sleep! The room was the perfect space for one person with a good-sized bathroom and great A/C and wifi. The hotel had so much character too. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but all of the staff were so helpful and humored me as a I practiced my terrible Polish language skills. I will absolutely stay here next time I'm in Warsaw!

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful!

Something really has to be done about the mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. It looks really bad and there’s a lot if it unfortunately.

The breakfast was great, the overall comfort, location and service was excellent and we want to make a special mention for the wonderful Alexsandra in reception who was super helpful. The staff were all unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring Warsaw.

Nothing much! (bathroom was a little small but not a real issue for us)

The location is amazing. The room were so clean. Wifi was fast. The breakfast was great, they bring you a a plate with lots of food options, and also there are different and lots of choices on the other table that you can add. They also cook special omlette. Comparing with other hotels prices at the same area, this is much more better with more reasonable price. And the best of best all the personal at the hotel was so helpful, kind. Thank you.

They could keep bath rope in the bathroom instead of guest asking it. There was cake in Mini Fridge- Did not seems to be very appealing as crumbles all over the plate seems like few days old :( ( staff said it’s for guests) WiFi log in card was not kept on top of table / on side table , I had to search and found it upside down kept with hotels notes pads .

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, there's artwork everywhere. Even though it's very small, from the moment you walk through the door you're impressed by decor and overall vibe. Staff is lovely and very helpful. Every question and issue resolved at the speed of light. We've had a really pleasant stay and might book again next time we're in Warsaw.

Getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle as no taxis can get to Nowy Świat 66 where it's located. Later on we learned we can get a cab from Świętokrzyska 3 (if I remember correctly) which is the road behind the hotel. That resolved the problem, we just didn't know about it beforehand. Breakfast is a small buffet and hot meals you need to preorder the day before. The variety of hot meals could be a bit better as most options are really heavy for an early meal. Other than that everything was really good and everything considered, we are very happy with our stay

our 'go-to' stay in Warsaw! The perfect combination of location, value, comfort and style. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with incredibly comfortable beds. Staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgable and polite. Breakfast is nutritious and delicious with great selection. Close to everything with parking available immediately behind hotel. The theatre theme makes the stay all the more enjoyable. Our favourite stay in one of our favourite cities!
