I really enjoyed the location as it was central to both the old town and the central train station. It also was a five minute walk to a road with lots of restaurants. The room and shared bathroom were very clean.

I didn't realize when I booked it, but the room I booked didn't have its own bathroom. I didn't mind sharing, I just wasn't aware. So double check before you book. Also the road that the hotel entrance is on is also a road with lots of bars and clubs so at night it can get a little noisy in the room especially with the windows open which I needed since the room didn't have air conditioning or any sort of vents.

The person in reception was extremely helpful, friendly and polite, both on arrival and when departing. They were happy to keep my luggage in a locked luggage room after check out so I could enjoy my last hours in the city. I loved the sheets and duvet covers which were crisp and clean and pristine white and nice quality. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The road outside was being resurfaced both day and night, the noise in the room as minimal and I slept like a log especially because the bed was comfy. My room had a shared bathroom. It’s not a modern looking one but it was spotless and it was cleaned again thoroughly shortly after I showered. The location is also very good.

It isn’t a new hotel, the common areas look a bit tired and the carpet in the room looked a bit old but the furniture in the room was all new and comfortable and the price reflected this reality and was very affordable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations considering the price. The staff was helpful, I got checked in at 12:30 and my suitcase was carried to my room because the elevator was out of service. The room was spacious enough and had a lot of light. It was quiet because the windows were facing the side part, not the road. Kettle coffee and tea were available as well as the hairdryer and even a fridge. The neighborhood was evenly close to the center and to the old town with a lot of shops and markets. Comfortable for early and late cheout as you just leave the key at the reception. The receptionman is available from 10am till 11pm. After 11pm the guests can access the hotel by entering the code at the frontdoor and next at the stairway door. This hotel actually presently surprised me and I would consider staying here again. Very close to Warsawa Centralna Station.

Might consider adding some shower accessories. Didn't see any air-conditioning. No TV - which didn't bother mee at all. No free WI-FI. Nightclub next door which might bother people who get rooms with windows facing it.

The location was very good. I was able to do most of my sightseeing without having to use public transportation. Everything was within a moderate walking distance.

The mattress was incredibly hard. It felt like I was on a board. Also, from my second floor room I could hear a lot of noise from bar next door.

The receptionist Ruslan was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I was provided early check in with no hassle and useful tips, thank you. The room was very big and the beds were extra long, good for tall person.

There was loud music all night till 2am.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and service

We stayed one night on promotion and wanted to prolonged our stay but price increase from 133zt to 219zt. Secondly, we were on 2nd floor and there was only one toilet. Morning need to wait long to go inside.

Lot's of things make the experience great, yet what stands out is pricing, which seems quite competitive for the given offering among the hotels

Quite busy, not always easy to get a room

Its location was one block away from the tomb of the unknown soldier. Wich means the old town was 20 minutes walking. It was the best location for this price.
