The pool and the lobby

The bar closed at 12. It would be nice to be given the opportunity to have a late drink on returning to the hotel after an evening out.

I confess I didn’t expect to feel like home. Everything has been beyond my expectations, that’s why I’d like to give a big thank to the whole team because they’ve been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I also want to mention the Kitchen Gallery where we could have found the amazing dishes, a variety of dishes daily and the staff working in that division was so attentive, remembering what’s your favorite dish. The cleaning part has been at the high level, being made daily and it was impossible not feeling at home. The lobby is so relaxing and has the comfy way of spending time there having near you the bar zone with so friendly bartenders and definitely the brasserie lounge. This is the feeling that can characterize our entire staying here. Don’t hesitate to come here. You’ll be satisfied with your choice.

The pool area is comfortable but a little bit larger needs to be.

This was our first trip to Warsaw, and our main priority was finding a great location and value for our money. I can confidently recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. We also loved the location; everything, from the old town to the main city, was within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself has a fantastic bar and restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the sauna, swimming pool, and gym are great amenities to enjoy during your stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I wish they had the steam room too. There is nothing that i could think of that was not of our liking

Staff super professional and helpful, location is excellent, it's so convenient for all areas of Warsaw - it only takes 5 mins to walk to metro, and the beautiful old town and Nowy Swiat are a short walk. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

I would like to see more, the usual 5 star frills - more luxurious bathroom, it would be nice to get something on arrival or something like chocolates with the evening service. Our minibar was locked throughout our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel - the indoor swimming pool was a very welcome addition. The hotel extremely clean & staff were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best in our 5 weeks of travelling.

I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Warsaw’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the elegant decor that created a warm and luxurious atmosphere. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality amenities, adding to the overall comfort of my stay

The hotel is not that new seems to be old and the room facility are not completed

Very nice location, right near the Sakson Palace square and 7 minutes by feet to the old town. Staff in hotel is very friendly, check in was processed perfectly. I must notice the quite large room with totally all facilities, including cosmetics, bath robes and slippers. Window in the room is soundproof. We had a good breakfast, which located in a large restaurant. There was no salmon and eggs Benedict, but everything else was of a high quality, even coffee (by our experience there is a rarely tasty coffee in Poland). We definitely recommend this hotel to stay in the best location of Warsaw

Old bathroom renovation, everything is cozy and clean, but in my opinion it worth providing update.

Central location, decent size rooms with nice (& spotless) bathroom. Staff were very busy but personable and helpful. The room had all the usual facilities and also a sofa area (very handy and not always available) so you could relax somewhere other than on the bed or at the desk. A small point that we found made the room more enjoyable to relax in.

Nothing to dislike. Perhaps slightly impersonal and commercial, but not in a big way and we’d be happy to return. We had breakfast one morning only - there was literally everything you could wish for to eat but breakfast is pricey - as you would expect. The central foyer area was huge and very busy didn’t feel very special to arrive in or come back to. But a small point, thereafter the hotel was peaceful enough.

Pure Christmas spirit & joy at Sofitel Victoria, luxury, 5 star service, everything was prime quality and living up to our expectations. Big Thank You to all the staff at Warsaw Sofitel for once again making our stay at your hotel one to remember. We celebrated Christmas on our recent trip to the hotel from December 23rd to December 26th 2024. The Guest Relations Department ensured that we had a lovely room surprise and followed up with us to ensure that our stay was comfortable and everything was as it should be. The small personal touch and great service we have been receiving during our last five visits to Sofitel Warsaw, is the reason that we keep coming back. Again a Big thank You to all the staff at the Warsaw location, for all your hard work and efforts and we look forward to seeing you again in our future visits to Warsaw.
