The room was comfortable and beautifully designed. Location is perfect and the breakfast was high quality. Most importantly, th3 staff are friendly, timely, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

This is our second time staying at SleepWell, but the first time in SleepWell Apartments. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location is seconds away from the busy main road, but it's still very quiet inside the apartment. It's also dog friendly, though they do take a fee for that, and parking, which also has a fee. The parking is very spacious and can only be accessed with a key, so it feels safe to leave the car there. We really liked that there was a workout bicycle in the room. It gave the apartment a little extra touch. We will definitely come back.

We only got one key, which can be inconvenient if you have separate schedules. My partner often needed to go down and open the main door for me the times she came back earlier than me. Other times, I had to either wait for her or meet up somewhere to pick up the key.

Very nice breakfast, great staff

Hotel was very easily accessible by bus from the airport though the entrance was not obvious. Google maps showed it to be where Starbucks is located and when I went in to enquire, the staff kindly allowed me through a door into the hotel stairwell. The entrance is actually on a side street. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. The hotel is close to a number of really nice restaurants restaurants.

Bathroom was spotless and with a great shower but it was very dark. Definitely needs more lights. Bin collection on Wednesday morning at 5.30am!

It is not the first time we stayed in sleep well, so everything was as expected

1 thing we do not like, we booked parking, paid for 1 night 85zl, we come late at midnight, staff was were waiting for us outside that was great, however, than I asked, could we leave our car in the parking after the check in (11am) it was not allowed, or we should pay for another day, and that is fair I guess, just business, but that leaves a bad taste.

We traveled by car and it was important for us that the hotel had its own closed parking lot. We had good opportunity to use parking place some hours more after check out. The room was clean, the windows opened onto the courtyard and it was very quiet to sleep with the window open. We didn't have breakfast because around the corner was a great Italian cafe that served a perfect breakfast until lunch.

There was great art on the bedroom wall, but it bothered me that blood had been used on it. The first entrance to parking place was a bit narrow for our VAN but we managed.

Fantastic location and surprisingly very quite room! Aircon,stylish decor, incredibly comfortable mattress, blackout curtains and soundproofing (I think?) made this studio an exceptional place to rest,recharge before exploring. Apartment had everything you may need:an iron, coffee machine, equipped small kitchenette! Absolutely loved studio nr4! Originally booked a superior double room but got an upgrade on arrival. Thank you and see you again.

Perfect location, very tidy and very clean. We had both small room and deluxe room and they were both perfect. Below the apartment coffee shops, restaurants supermarket… close to the old city and also the new city.

All in all a good experience, the apartments were very tidy and clean, the host was very friendly and the breakfast was just superb tasting. The location is ideal if you want to experience the older part of the city!

This is my second time here, this time I was in a different room than last. Both rooms were great. This room was uniquely designed and has a great bathroom and bed. The only issue was the desk - essentially there isn't a proper desk just a mini table that is mounted into the wall with little cushioned stools. Other than that all was great.

There wasn't a proper desk or table in the room, so it was somewhat difficult to work and or eat in the room. Other than that everything was great.
