Very convenient location. Center, old town, transport interchange (from the railway station we took tram 7 to the "National Museum" stop, it's about 15 minutes and then 5 minutes on foot to the apartments). Everything is within walking distance, entertainment, sights, shops. Clear instructions for check-in, comfortable bed, balcony, apartments overlook the street of bars and it's always very noisy there at night. We were ready for this, for us it wasn't a minus, but for those who have a bad sleep, this should be taken into account immediately. There is no elevator in the building, this should also be taken into account, suitcases are difficult to lift. The team was very helpful, and with the morning check-in, they printed out the necessary documents for us at our request, they answered all questions very quickly.

Everything was fine, but we missed a microwave and a washing machine.

It's a nice 1-room apartment in a habitable building in the very-very-very party-center of Warszawa. The building is for sure not new, but it's a feature, not a bug - the great experience of post-war architecture. the bed is ok, the bathroom is very ok, the host is nice - it's a company and they maintain some fair standards. It's a great place if you want to party all night then go get some sleep after 3am with someone you hooked up in a nearby bar :)

The problem for me was that I DID NOT go to a party. And I needed to wake up at 6 am. My poor choice (as the location was visible). They also have earplugs included. However, keep it in mind. This is an after-party-flat.

The place is very close to the Central Railway Station and 3 stops away from the National Stadium. It's also close to the Old Town of Warsaw. The bed was super comfortable so we slept well.

We asked if it's possible to check-in early and we were asked to pay 20 PLN per hour. So we paid 40 PLN extra for check-in at 13:00 instead of 15:00. This may be a thing in Poland, I don't know, but I haven't seen it anywhere before (and I travel a lot, like really a lot), so it was a bit annoying. Especially as we had already paid 157 EUR for one night in the studio (Prices were super increased due to Taylor Swift's concerts on these dates). Also the bar just below the terrace is super noisy at night (but there were ear plugs provided by the hosts).

We stayed in Olive room. It’s in second floor (3rd) We wasnt realize from reviews how noisy it will be. So in the middle between buildings is some bars and sounds like disco with sub buffer. Luckily we was very tired and we had a nice sleep even without earplugs (was provided by property). Netflix was working. Towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided.

Shower was very strong from the top, and shower cover need to be changed due to hygiene reasons

Fabulous property in a prime location, very comfortable bed and room facilities. The tv was great, perfect size for the room. Clean and neat, a perfect spot to stay in while exploring the city.

There were a couple of things missing from the kitchen, like wine glasses or a bottle opener. Also the placement of the bed (in the middle of the room) wasn't very steady at night.

Apartment was clean, modern and had good facilities. Liked the small extra touches, slippers, ear plugs, coffee machine. Accessing the apartment was easy, details were received 24 hours before due to arrive, as promised. Great location.

As the apartment was located in a key area, this meant that it was noisy through the night due to the below bars. Ear plugs were provided, but as a light sleeper struggled a bit.

Very loud noise from outside (loads of bars downstairs, some play loud base music) until very late after midnight. The earplugs provided helped, but not totally. I stayed on Thursday and Friday nights.

The location is something you need to pay attention to if you book the apartment for weekends. It is very noisy and a lot of drunk people on the street (which is obvious, as it is one of the main streets with a lot of bars and cafes) But if you are a solo traveler - think twice if you feel comfortable.

the apartment was super cozy and stylish, loved the tall ceiling and old town vibe. it was kinda pricey but on the other hand I came for Beyonce concert and walked back afterwards from National stadium so the location is great and this place is worth the money. also there are bars right in front of the building, but with shut windows the noise coming from there was very quiet and didn’t bother me.

it can surely be cleaner - the bed, counters, toilet and shower was clean, so were the dishes and utensils, but you can see dirt on the wall by the counters, bathroom walls could use some cleaning too. keep in mind that the parking situation is kinda difficult in terms of space, although we left our car on the street and the parking fee was really small.

The water pressure in the shower is a little low, but I guess this is not a big deal.
