The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel, with its unique decor and charm, was delightful. The staff were in all ways helpful and friendly, and went far out of their way to assist me when I got ill and needed to stay a few days longer. The restaurant was a haven of delicious home-cooked style food and good company. I wanted to eat nowhere else while in Warsaw. There are nightly concerts of Chopin music by top-notch performers, to boot. This hotel is an oasis of quiet, old-world charm set just around the corner from the busy streets of downtown Warsaw.

Very close to museums and train station. All of the staff is amazing and very kind and helpful. Rooms are super clean. Breakfast is pretty much organic and so delicious. They even harvest their own honey in the terrace. You can’t ask for a better place. There is a park that’s 5 min walk, I went for my usual 5k run every day I was there. I walked to all the museums the furthest was about 30 mins, if you don’t like to walk then I guess call an Uber. I like to walk. Bars and clubs are about 10-15 mins walk. And there is a Gemüse style German Döner Kebab place that is amazing. The hotel also has a restaurant but I didn’t get to try it. There is a carrefour express right across the hotel as well. And sometimes they have live classical music and jazz, just ask the owner. I’m very glad I stayed here.

We loved the character of the room. Very roomy, yet cozy and stylish. The extra "sitting room" was a delightful place to have a beverage. The breakfast that is included was very delicious and had a great variety of tasty foods to choose from. The staff was very consdierate as well. It was nice to have the elevator to get our luggage up to the room.

If you want not just visit Warsaw, but make a time travel - it’s a must to stay in Chopin Boutique. It’s a completely special place , where music, art and history surround you all the time. Here it’s no more feeling of 21 century, it’s a feeling of Chopin times. All furniture, accessories, even small things in this hotel make u feel a time traveler. By evenings - wonderful Chopin concerts with candle light. Hotel offers a tasty bio breakfast and during a day they offer a traditional polish menu. Borsch here is incredibly tasting, as well as herring with onion and oil. Chopin Boutique is located in the center of Warsaw, in surrounding of one of the main streets with lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Absolutely best place to feel Warsaw.

This hotel was unique and charming in its traditional appearance, giving pride of place to piano music. I was able to meet welcoming and helpful staff. After long days, I was happy to be able to eat at their restaurant, which offered a decent menu and delicious dishes. The room was like a small apartment for me, which made me completely forget my everyday life. The icing on the cake: I attended a Chopin concert by a pianist who was celebrating her birthday; the moment offered a magical setting. Thank you! I will miss the little melody at the door.

A few guests were noisy during my stay. The bathroom lacked a little space, especially for hanging things. I feel like the neighbors across the street could see into my room. Breakfast was mostly savory, even though I have a sweet tooth: I would have appreciated more products.

Great central location re trams, buses, a Metro stop 10 mins walk away & Old Town (Stare Miasto) easily reached by bus, plus close to parks and opposite the National Museum. The furnishings make you feel as if you are stepping back in time to a pre & post WWII Warsaw. Very clean throughout. My room had a very comfortable huge double bed, with kettle some teas, instant coffee etc, a coffee maker (small jar of their roasted coffee to try) & fridge. Please note there is small supermarket across the road. Highly recommend going to a daily evening Chopin soirees, wonderful & intimate experience, with pianists (I attended twice) of a very high calibre, extremely high level of musicianship. Breakfast buffet, nice varied choices, plus their coffee and honey is served, both delicious. Same restaurant for lunch and dinner, very convenient, recommend the "Sledzie pod pierzynka" IF you like pickled herrings, amazing! All staff were consistently exceptionally helpful, friendly, polite and informed. Would most definitely stay again. FYA there is a small lift to the rooms, but you have to go down stairs to the restaurant re: if there are any mobility issues. PS I had my birthday during my stay, on returning that evening my room had birthday greetings from the hotel & 2 gifts, one of their coffee beans, the other of their honey. What a beautiful surprise and nice touch!

Old school ,nostalgic style hotel with its own story. Breakfast is of high quality and tasty especially the grounded coffee which made on the spot. Very friendly staffs and owner.

Room furnitures are indeed genuinely“old”with the bed making squeaking sound, mattress too soft feel like sinking , stained cushion chairs. The suite we stayed came with a portable ac in the living room which cannot be moved to bedroom, will be a problem in hot summer days though they put 2 fans in the bedroom. Portable ac also is very noisy😨. Also suggest to put an anti-slippery mat in the shower area.

Loved our stay at Chopin Boutique. Quaint , warm and cute they retain the old world charm. The food is organic and the open kitchen is charming .. each dish is well presented and freshly cooked . Tetiana and Yana deserve a special mention . The food was so good that we chose to have all our dinners here . Last, but not the least , we share appreciation for Jerek , the owner who is an interesting conversationalist and very knowledgable . Additionally every evening there is a piano listen to concert in the premises .

Loved every bit of our stay

I felt at home in this hotel. There is a lovely atmosphere here, thanks to the staff and the interior decor. It is actually a pre-war residential building converted into a hotel. Each interior and room is different, with individually selected restored furniture and decorations. Based on photos I found online, I requested a specific room and got it. It was called Fryderyk, spacious, with a large bathroom (with a bidet), and everything in it matched perfectly. There was even a balcony. Of course, if someone expects ancient gold and marble, this is not the place, but if you want to feel like you’re in old good Warsaw, this is definitely where the genius loci resides. The breakfast was very good, with delicious homemade cake, (local honey, jam, pickles, etc.), and absolutely amazing freshly roasted coffee right on the premises! I will definitely recommend this little hotel to all my friends! :)

I’m glad I was alone in the double room because, for me, the blankets are too small, and I managed to cover myself with two of them! :)

Not the standard, run of the mill design and decor found in so many hotels. I loved it! Could often hear beautiful piano musić being played in the background but was not intrusive. Comfortable bed and everything I expected and required for my two night stay. All the staff I came across were absolutely delightful. They clearly have a passion for their work and for the Chopin Hotel, a real credit to Warsaw. Oh and a delicious breakfast!

Next time I will book a Lower floor so that I don’t have to use the lift (its small!)
