Location was great. Check in was fast and informative. Hotel rooftop bar is lovely and great service. Indian over the road is delicious and not too expensive. Would stay again. Felt more like 5 star.

The only thing we didn’t like was very noisy guests in the corridors during the night. Our sleep was disturbed several times. Perhaps better noise cancellation for the rooms? Don’t know how this could be done but this is the only slight complaint.

The PURO Hotel is a rare find of excellence in a boutique hotel. It exceeded my expectations and was just nearly perfect. The furnishings and bedding are amazing, the design and layout and the overall functionality is state of the art and really hip and cool. The location is fantastic, the value for money is above and beyond and I have to say that this hotel is not only very well organized and that they make you feel right at home, but the hotel WIFI is actually the fatest hotel WIFI I have ever used and I am a Million mile traveler with a major airline. The WIFI is ridiculously fast for a hotel service. I will always book my stay at PURO when I come to Warsaw. I would say the only down was the breakfast for vegans and gluten free people. There was no proteins for vegans and there was absolutely nothing for gluten free people other than fruit, the yoghurt was not suitable for vegans nor lactose free people, so the breakfast for vegan gluten free people could be improved.

The breakfast, its not suitable other than fruit and some cereals for vegans, and its completely unsuitable for gluten free people other than fruit. There is no vegan protein whatsoever and no vegan breads or pastries. With so many options of vegan abd gluten free products on the market, I was surprised that this quality and caliber of a hotel did not have vegan gluten free proteins and breads.

This is one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Great location, best breakfast in town, super relaxed staff, very classy, big, and comfortable rooms. Super clean. Big bathroom and beds.

Whenever someone opens or slams the doors shut, you jump up. They should really dampen the noise - it would make my stay 10/10.

Simply amazing experience, absolutely loved the property. Also would highly recommend using the spa facility, I had the best massage in ages (performed by Karol) and the admin girl (Medina) been very sweet and helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent location. The hotel is located in the heart of Warsaw. Clean and cozy rooms. A coffee machine in the lobby is a great perk of this hotel. Nice staff.

During breakfast, there was a long delay in refilling hot dishes, e.g., scrambled eggs, and we did not even get until the end of our breakfast (we were there around an hour or so). Very little SPA area. Tourists from other parts of Europe are not necessarily comfortable using the sauna naked (without any swimwear), which is encouraged and really common in Poland, as we understood. We felt really awkward. There are no bathrobes in the rooms. The price for parking per night is way too expensive.

Honestly, I love everything about Puro, but the biggest highlights of the hotel that come to mind right now are: the interior design, high-quality toiletries that create an olfactory experience, central locations, polite staff, abundant and diverse breakfasts, unlimited access to hot beverages, the option for late check-out (depending on availability) – the list could go on and on. Puro is simply my favorite hotel chain in Poland.

There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. However, if someone from the hotel is reading my review, I think it would be great to add a body lotion to the room amenities.

My favourite hotel in Warsaw. I keep returning to the Puro and I have enjoyed each stay. I like the clean and contemporary design and the urban atmosphere. The room was comfortable as always and the breakfast buffet inspired and inviting. This place is a gem for aesthetes.

Prior to my stay I was invited to provide my credentials electronically in order to speed up the check-in process. To my surprise, though, I had to provide the exact same information once more at check-in. No big deal but it should be improved.
