The room was spacious. It was warm and clean. I was checked in earlier at 13:00, which was great and the room was on first floor, which I liked but there's also an elevator for upper floors. There's space at the reception to leave the luggage. The neighborhood is fool of caffes and shops and close to the central park and Warszawa Centralna. There are a lot of appliances available in this category of room such as - stove, kitchen appliances, an electric kettle. Also a fan is available. Got the room on discount price from Booking which was OK for that price but I would not consider paying more.

There was mold on the wall next to the shower and on the ceiling. The hotel is situated on a pedestrian street so the taxi can not pick you up there, you have yo walk about 5-7 minutes to the closest dive through street. There's also road construction not far away for now which also makes it harder for taxi pickup and dropp off. For nighttime the gates to the yard are being closed and for early shout to exit to the street one has to open the gate first and then go back and droppof the keys in the mailbox - not very comfortable. The bed is actually a unfolded couch which is strange for a room of such big size. No slippers.

A huge 4 room apartment in a great location on a pedestrian mall. Plenty of eating places of all types so you can have a leisurely brunch or a quick slice of pizza. Supermarket (Biodronka) round the corner. Ten minutes walk one way to the main railway station and 10 minutes the other to the Royal Route. It was not noisy at night and felt safe.

The furnishings are getting a little tired so it's not quite as gorgeous as the pictures and the bed was harder than I like. The bedroom curtains were jammed half open and could not be closed meaning that the room was not dark in the morning, Supposedly it was fixed after I reported it but it wasn't, the track and mechanism to draw the curtains need to be cleared. The bath plug mechanism was broken so that once it was down, the plug could not be lifted. I eventually managed to get it out by hand and I am sure it will be properly fixed soon.

Amazing location in central Warszawa just next to the Cultural Palace. We had a spacious appartment on the fourth floor with two rooms and a large common area and nice bathroom with both shower and tub. The appartment was cozy and bright. Located in a nice court yard with a small café that made excellent coffee and good breakfast. Many other cafés in the area for breakfast.

The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. Only one dull knife, no dinner plates and very few glasses. Totally inadequate for cooking and eating in. The beds were very hard. We were lucky to find a parking space next to the Philharmonic theater, but there are generally few parking spaces in the area, so one cannot count on nearby parking.

Old fashioned but comfortable, had everything we needed - 3 adults including one couple. Perfect location for our visit to Warsaw. Very easy to get everywhere and loved the pedestrianised street in the surrounding area, very nice to be away from cars. Helpful staff in reception and very friendly cleaning staff.

As the single adult (the couple had a double bed) I had a single bed turned side on to the headboard - we had to turn it round so that I could have something at the head of the bed to lean against. We also had to move the telephone table from the sitting room for me to use as a bedside table. An ice tray would be useful for making drinks.

Dated decor. Lumpy beds with not enough pillows.

This was a comfy & convenient place to stay. Water was hot & unit was roomy.

Hard to find using Google Maps! We tried twice with driving our hire car. Even the Uber (after returning our car in frustration) had trouble locating. We had to walk with our gear to find out ourselves 100m. Not enough shower soap in the room for 3ppl. Pillows were f-l-a-t so lucky I gravel with my inflatable one. No drinking glasses in the room for cold drinks. No coffee cups either, only teeny tiny tea cups. Beds were quite hard, by our travelling standards over the past month. Would reconsider staying again.

From the airport the 175 bus dropped us at Centrum and we walked 400 meters (-ish) - how easy! Buses and trams are free in Warsaw to age 70+. Reception was ready for us with keys and instruction. The "room" i(Number 42, in our case) was a full apartment on the fourth floor. There is a very good elevator. Enter to a large sitting room with couches, television, WiFi, lamps, end tables, dining table with chairs, windows that open/close and well guarded with shades and sheers, area carpet, and good overhead light. Off this front room in one direction is a kitchen with refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and electric tea pot. There were sufficient pots and pans for us, but there were limited dishes (one dinner plate and a couple of coffee cup saucers and a few more things - we made do fine). Plenty of cutlery and knives. Dish soap was provided. There was a washing machine, though we did not have need for it. In the other direction off the front room was a hallway that lead to a spacious bedroom with armoire and table and queen bed arrangement. Again, great windows - two of them with large interior shelves available for setting things upon. Further down the hall, and at its end, is the (again) spacious bathroom. The bathtub and shower are separate fixtures, the shower a typical cabinet and the tub large. Standard toilet and bidet are next to more wonderful (and protective) windows. There is a heated drying rack over the tub. The basin is typical with a nice mirror and electrical outlet. We liked coming back to this room at the end of each of our three days in the city. It is grand and welcoming. I would stay here again and again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Hotels everywhere around the world (we have found) are short on electrical outlets, especially in this day of plugging in so many things with rechargeable batteries. This one is not different. Our outlet converter has multiple expansions for our devices and that was useful, but we would have been fine by unplugging and plugging cords as necessary.

Poor internet facility Dirt between tiles.

Very close to all the city has to offer but the courtyard has that feeling that you are not near the city nice for when uve spent all day shopping or exploring and you want to relax. Very good security within the building with a gate to get in at night plus a gate to get inside the apartment block and then your own apartment.. towels dishwasher tablets and washing powder all provided so you don't have to buy any. Very spacious and clean

The door to the apartment got stuck one of the mornings we couldn't get it open from the inside. Could have done with more pillows on the beds one each is not enough. Could do with a refresh of paint and curtains

Located on a pedestrian street that was lively but not too loud. Very easy access to all amenities. Superb transit- 10 minute walk from the central train st. Bus 180 to Old Town and Laprieski Park. Bus 175 goes directly to the airport for less than $2!! Super convenient. Zabka, restaurants, and shopping right out the door. The bedrooms were in the back of the apartment and quiet. Big space for yoga in the living room!!

Furniture and kitchen were a bit dated. But everything was comfortable and worked great.
