Rooms were excellent and very spacious. Food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonable priced. Always clean and friendly staff

Our flight was delayed by almost 15 hours as we were stranded in Amsterdam. Got to the hotel at 13:00 the following day to.advise out room was cancelled (hotel policy) as it was passed 12:00. Friends at the hotel had already made them aware of what had happened, and we had already paid our stay in full prior to arriving. I was not happy that this had happened considering we had paid, and we could not do anything about getting there before 12:00. I believe if you have not paid, this is a valid procedure, but not when the guest has paid for their stay in full before arriving. However, the staff were very accommodating and sorted us a new room very quickly, so thank you to the staff for their actions

I recently stayed at Novotel Warsaw Centrum and had a great experience. The location was absolutely excellent—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the central station, public transport, and major attractions like the Palace of Culture and Science. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great view over the city skyline. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide selection of hot and cold options, fresh fruits, and good coffee—perfect for starting the day. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

We had the pleasure of staying for two nights in a room on the 31st floor, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry myself, I truly value outstanding service — and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and positive attitude of the staff throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was courteous and helpful. I would especially like to highlight Mateusz at the front desk, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and hospitality. He is a true role model for front office staff. Although we only had breakfast during our stay, the selection exceeded expectations. The variety of hot dishes, cold cuts, fresh salads, and sweet options easily surpasses that of many hotels I have either worked at or stayed in. The wellness center, located on the top floor, is another highlight. It offers a well-equipped gym and a spa area with stunning city views — a must-visit for any guest seeking relaxation. This was my second visit to Novotel, and certainly not my last. A flawless experience — 10 out of 10.

During my recent stay at Novotel Warsaw, I encountered a mix of comforts and challenges. Despite being on the 18th floor, I could still hear the noise from the trams, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Additionally, the air conditioning system was unpredictable, often switching from cooling to fan mode without warning, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which might be a drawback for those looking to relax with a swim. However, on the positive side, Novotel Warsaw offers several enjoyable amenities. There is a ping-pong table available, which is a nice touch for leisure time. The breakfast selection is extensive and caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. Furthermore, the hotel's central location is highly convenient, providing easy access to public transportation and making it simple to explore the city. Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the hotel's prime location and good facilities like the diverse breakfast and recreational options do make it a viable choice for travelers visiting Warsaw.**

Great central location 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 20 minutes to the old town. Good facilities. Very family friendly as the kids receive free plush hedgehogs on arrival, there are table football and other games on the ground floor to keep them entertained and the great breakfast buffet also includes lots of things like pancakes and sugary cereals kids enjoy.

The rooms are pretty small and cramped when a family of 4 shares them. Luckily we had minimal luggage as we only stayed for one night, The only other downside is the fact the rumble of trams going over the tracks outside could be heard in our rooms at night (we were on the 11th and 12th floors). It meant we had to keep our windows shut, which caused the room to get really hot. All things considered, would we come back if we returned to Warsaw? Yes.

A good standard hotel in the city center, breakfast was good, clean hotel, pleasant room and excellent service. The room was on a high floor with a beautiful view of the city center.

A major point of failure and a pity - in practice there is no air conditioning with which you can allow pleasant air in the room when the window is closed, which negatively affects the quality of sleep in a hot room without air. The hotel operates heating centrally and although there are thermostats for an individual direction in each room - it is not really possible to adjust the degree of coldness in the room. Opening a window is not an option due to the noise from the most central intersection in Warsaw.

Breakfast very extensive and good quality. This is a huge hotel with an extra overflow restaurant in the basement. At times this feels a bit like a cafeteria because of the number of people around you. But no complaints in general. The hotel is in a good location if you want to see both the historic parts of town as well as the more recent quarters. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff friendly and efficient.

The rooms are very small (refurbished communist boxes). Enough to sleep during a city trip but I would not want to spend the day here. The room felt badly isolated (cold as soon as the heating was switched of) and we sometimes felt the vibrations of trams passing by, even though this was not an issue during the night. For me the bed could have been a bit firmer. It felt comfy but became a hammock after a few hours. I really missed a closet with extra pillows and extra blankets. The duvet was very small for a man. I think this is something that should be improved. Apart from these minor issues, no complaints.

Hotel very central - great location for transport. Restaurant offerings excellent. Room compact however very clean & well supplied with towels etc, and especially the Rituals products in the bathrooms, a lovely bonus.

No major negatives really apart from perhaps lift etiquette by other Polish staying in hotel (“inconvenience if we stopped lift to get on/off our floor”)- an extra hook on bathroom doors especially for double rooms (hanging 2 bath towels).Staff were very efficient however not overly “friendly” but we put that down to our Irish friendliness versus Polish (Balkan personality).

The air conditioning (non existent) it was way to warm 11th floor at the back of the hotel there was a disco going on until the early hours
