The property was very well maintained! When I walked in I said “WOW”! Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We had to upgrade because the room type we had chosen deluxe double has a bathtub shower combination. I have bad knees and the tubs are a bit too high for me. So we upgraded to an executive suite. We also decided to include the breakfast buffet. Nice selection of breakfast foods including fried eggs or omelettes made to order. The woman who fried the eggs also does the omelettes, for whatever reason she just didn’t take to kindly to my husband. She was not friendly and was down right dismissive. On the 2nd day my husband said something to the gentleman in charge. He finally got his omelette because I went up and ordered it. That was the only glitch to the stay. Great location with convenient access to trains and busses. We walked to Old Town daily (30 minutes) and it was an enjoyable walk.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the transport available to Modlin airport is bad. We got ripped off by the Flixbus coming in they charged us 200 zloty to get to Mlocity metro and the driver pocketed the money and then 500 zloty by the taxi going back

This is really a grand hotel. Very spacious room, clean, well decorated.

We didnt find the route to the lift when coming out of our room as there were no marking, so took the stairs to come down. But we didnt mind as it was only 3 floors, and the stairs were also beautifully decorated.

This hotel has all the charm of a hotel that is long established, with the efficiency of a modern, well-run establishment. The staff are very pleasant and quietly offer very efficient service. We were glad that our room was on the inside of the building as the front faces an extremely busy road. It is perfectly situated for both the main railway station and the suburban line that runs to the airport. The food in the hotel bar is delicious.

I did not like the shower gel & soap dispensers as, unless full, I was unable to squeeze the product out! I would also suggest a non-slip mat in the bath.

Personnel staff does not welcome guests, nor in the reception or in the breakfast restaurant. All the time they do not simle and make us feel like we have to thank them for the services and not that we are the guests, we pay for services, at least to receive in return to our polite thank you, smiling anyway was not on the list unfortunately. I would have definitely appreciate more hospitality, at least trained by job requirements if not natural. From the first arrival at the reception and until the end I tried to feel the hospitality but not a sign....

This is a nice hotel. it’s look and feel is very generic and there was nothing spectacular or unusual about the lobby and the rooms. however the bed is comfortable, the room is a nice size and housekeeping is excellent . it’s in a very nice neighborhood that has good restaurants and bakeries and it’s right across from the palace of culture and science. The on and off bus stop is also very close by it is a 30 minute walk to old town. taxis are reasonable as long as you get a government approved one( we got scammed once) I would suggest always using an Uber

The hotel is beautiful and right in centrum. The room was big, with good working conditions, and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was very good. pretty much what you expect from a hotel of such standart. We stayed in a seperate twin beds room and it was large and clean. It was perfect for two people who don't mind sharing a room (but not a bed) together. The location is awesome. Its a few minutes walk from the central train station, the palace of science and culture, and relatively close to an area with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The only only thing that i'd change if i could - was: there was a tub in the room, id change this bath to a shower stand. Way more practical and safe.

The hotel is perfectly located next to the central railway station. If you arrive by train, it will take you 5 mins to get there, and the view to the street is stunning. The room was quite spacious and had everything you need, including tea, coffee and drinking water. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable

Bathroom is ok, but looks and feels outdated. The shower was not very comfortable. There were bathrobes, but the fabric was very stiff, thin, not soft and not comfortable. The towels were also quite stiff. Overall it was ok to use the bathroom, but it didn’t feel modern.

Sumptuous and beautiful appearance. The location is the best, close to Warsaw Centrale train station and to every place. My guests were impressed by the appearance. My room was spacious, especially the bathroom.

The bed was terrible. It is too soft and appreared to be made of cheep foam. I couldn't sleep well for four nights. The bath tab was sloping and slippery. It was dangerous with soap. I slipped once and almost fell.
