Excellent upgrade room

I was charged twice on my room by the hotel by mistake of which 2 weeks later has still not been refunded back from the hotel into my bank in England

At arrival we booked an upgrade to be on the 37th floor and to have access to the Club Intercontinental at all times where we could take our breakfast more privately, always get snacks and drinks and alcoholic beverages between 6 and 8 pm. i would definitely recommend to upgrade if possible, it was a marvellous experience. The staff was very very friendly. Great gym, swimming pool and jacuzi with a great view onto the cultural palace. I would definitely come back!

Everything was as perfect as you would expect from InterContinental. The luxury touches are seen in everything. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and super fast in dealing with your request. The room was spacious, it has all what you might need for a pleasant stay, bed is very comfortable. WiFi Was great in rooms and open areas. Breakfast buffet was international with many great items and options, only I wish they would consider some halal meat among the selection. Taxi stand is across the street. Biggest mall is 5 minutes walking distance

As the hotel is one of an international chain, it would be great if they add "bidet" to the bathroom, it costs less than toilet paper, yet cleaner for many international guests who use them. The bathroom was little smaller than expected.

Reasonable price for what you get. We had a spacious corner room with a nice view. Bed was really comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning which was delicious and had a very wide selection. Bathroom was great with a shower and separate tub. And a full shower door! We also went to the indoor pool, which had a nice view as well. Location was good.

The bed comforter was way too small for two people and that bed size, so we asked for a second one which they quickly brought to us. Despite requiring a reservation for the pool it was pretty crowded, no where to sit, towels everywhere (maybe that's not on the hotel). Many elevators were out of service, so we had a wait quite a bit.

It was clean, very comfortable, nice view and stylish. Location is great. Swimming pool at the top makes impression.

The receptionist gave us standard room while we booked premium king room. When we reported this, no apology was made. Next room offered was also different from what we booked, and receptionist started to argue with us instead of solving this calmly. Maybe there is a difference between what is offered on booking and what is actually available in hotel, but it is not our fault and it is not okay to provide guests with lower standard room if they paid for a more expensive option.

Loved our room with the view from the Palace. The room was beautiful and spacious. I certainly would stay again. The pool and Jacuzzi is a must. Loved having that each morning.

I asked for a taxi from the hotel and the porter said its more expensive on a Sunday to modlin. We said ok and the hotel taxi was 350zl 83euro. My other colleague got his own taxi and was only 121zl 30e big difference. Someone also jumped the queue at reception, and I said excuse me, we were before him and the male reception said, "Sorry, he's a regular... so all not treated the same

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend choosing a room with a palace view – it truly enhanced our experience and was worth the extra. The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore with close proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful personnel who made us feel welcome. The room itself was really well-equipped with everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the spa facilities. As of March 2025, guests receive a fantastic benefit of 1 hour of complimentary spa access per day (including the arrival and departure days), which we took advantage of and greatly enjoyed. For those wishing for more spa time, the prices for additional use are very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A classic Warsaw hotel located in a core city center, with views on surrounding skyscrapers and the palace of culture. The room was clean and spacious, the beds comfy. We especially loved the big shower in the bathroom. Although not cheap for Warsaw standards, the price of the hotel is reasonable for a 5-star hotel. The top floor swimming pool has a great view, can however get a bit crowded.

The staff was really nice, apart from one particular receptionist behaving a bit too casual for my taste. Everything else was perfect.

We were within walking distance of many key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, showcasing their commitment to maintaining a high standard throughout the property. - It would be 10/10 if the hotel had its own spa/pool/jacuzzi facilities. I think it’s a pity to pay for an expensive room with access to the executive lounge and never have the opportunity in 4 days to really enjoy these facilities because the jacuzzi is always crowded or the pool has children playing and shouting. It is meant to be a luxury hotel and the spa is meant to be a relaxing space. - The executive lounge would be even more enjoyable if they were « adults only » hours, especially during breakfast time. I don’t want to penalize the hotel too much because these issues wouldn’t exist with well mannered people but unfortunately many clients are just rude and selfish.
