Excellent upgrade room

I was charged twice on my room by the hotel by mistake of which 2 weeks later has still not been refunded back from the hotel into my bank in England

At arrival we booked an upgrade to be on the 37th floor and to have access to the Club Intercontinental at all times where we could take our breakfast more privately, always get snacks and drinks and alcoholic beverages between 6 and 8 pm. i would definitely recommend to upgrade if possible, it was a marvellous experience. The staff was very very friendly. Great gym, swimming pool and jacuzi with a great view onto the cultural palace. I would definitely come back!

The pool and view of skyline are the best part. Close to restaurants.

I had an amazing view to the city. Comfortable, spacious and clean.

As always breakfast is great in Intercontinental. In this case location was moved to the conference floor since the first floor restaurant was being redecorated. rooms are nice and spacious and bed are divine. the views are stunning from the building especially from the pool/ sports club on 43rd floor. location is very convenient in city center with metro, train and other transport just a couple of hundreds meters walk away.

i have been coming to the hotel for almost 21 years now. it is still very good, only some small remarks. For example the pool design and fit out is a bit basic and lacks that luxury feeling that is elsewhere in the hotel.

Lovey comfortable bed , with choice of pillow type & firmness delivered quickly to door on request. Spacious bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Nice view great being on a high floor. Great location to train station

Booked high floor castle view, although could see castle had to lean against window or sit on window sill to enjoy the view. As it was Bithday for husband I had been hoping the extra expense at booking for castle view would have ment I could lie in bed looking at the castle but would need bed on other side! Pool visit and view an added bonus but goodness an accident waiting to happen with excessively a slippery floor. Perhaps time with towels and mop during busy time or some non slip mats.

Everything was as perfect as you would expect from InterContinental. The luxury touches are seen in everything. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and super fast in dealing with your request. The room was spacious, it has all what you might need for a pleasant stay, bed is very comfortable. WiFi Was great in rooms and open areas. Breakfast buffet was international with many great items and options, only I wish they would consider some halal meat among the selection. Taxi stand is across the street. Biggest mall is 5 minutes walking distance

As the hotel is one of an international chain, it would be great if they add "bidet" to the bathroom, it costs less than toilet paper, yet cleaner for many international guests who use them. The bathroom was little smaller than expected.

It was a birthday weekend, and we are happy and sincerely grateful that the hotel welcomed us on this occasion and made us happy with a pleasant and delicious surprise left in the room. Convenient location. The room with a view of the palace is spacious. It was nice to swim in the pool with a great view. I am glad that there was free parking (paid). We arrived by electric car, we were glad that we could charge it for free in the parking lot. I liked the breakfast partly.

The breakfast was ordinary, simple, similar to many lower-class hotels, tasty, but not good value for money - definitely too expensive.

It was clean, very comfortable, nice view and stylish. Location is great. Swimming pool at the top makes impression.

The receptionist gave us standard room while we booked premium king room. When we reported this, no apology was made. Next room offered was also different from what we booked, and receptionist started to argue with us instead of solving this calmly. Maybe there is a difference between what is offered on booking and what is actually available in hotel, but it is not our fault and it is not okay to provide guests with lower standard room if they paid for a more expensive option.
