The breakfast was truly exceptional. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The made-to-order omelets were a standout, cooked to perfection with a choice of fresh ingredients. The staff was attentive and kept everything well-stocked and clean, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect way to start the day!

The pillows were not good. I got a pain in my neck and shoulder area. The food servers in the restaurant downstairs were very slow. They did not check on me to see if everything was OK either. I had to go to the bar to ask for my bill as nobody approached my table.

The hotel’s location was perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to explore. We really appreciated the free underground parking on weekends, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a highlight: there was a large variety of tasty, high-quality food, and plenty of it. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a larger space on the 14th floor, offering a great view of the city. The bed was spacious and extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night.

Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the elevators, and we could hear elevator noise throughout the stay, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the air conditioner was both noisy and inefficient, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

I stayed at Westin for the first time back in 2009. It was always a good choice if you wanted to combine tranquility with comfort. It is really close to most main attractions although just not on the main street so you avoid any unnecessary noise and stress. Everything was good but Jagoda in the reception really stood out with her professionalism and welcoming attitude.

Minor details at the breakfast, maybe some more choices on some things would be good in comparison to the breakfast of other 5 star hotels but nothing to really complain about. The staff there could also be a bit more attentive (saying hello to you in the morning, except the guy standing at the front did that absolutely) but as I said..nothing to really complain about..this is details.

five friends in two rooms, we had great time, the hotel is perfectly located, very quiet, rooms are so clean, good air condition, Free water bottles every day. fast and clean elevators, very very good breakfast, so much variety, fresh food and delicious, tasty omelettes by request. Air crews stay in the hotel - so i guess they know where to stay... we had to leave early so front desk arranges us (by request) a bag with breakfast and drinks. got cake for my birthday on the day of arrival, very good hotel - I'll definitely come again. the gym and sauna looked good - but we didn't use. I really cannot fault this hotel.. Stayed here 4 nights, everything from checking in to checking out was perfect. Nice bar and restaurant area, plenty of places to sit and relax with a drink before bed. Lovely clean and spacious rooms with fabulously comfortable beds and pillows. A great breakfast with a good choice of food and drinks. Very friendly efficient staff. This hotel is also in a great location for walking to the old town and other sights and close to a metro station. A great stay, thank you..

I can’t fault this hotel..

My stay was very enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the hotel amenities met my expectations. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, and the sauna was a perfect spot to relax after a long day. Unfortunately, the check-in process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. The reservation made through Booking.com included breakfast and late check-out until 4 PM, but the staff didn’t see this information in their system, which caused some unnecessary confusion. In the end, everything was sorted out, but I expected a more seamless experience in this regard. Overall, I still recommend the hotel, especially for its comfort and quality amenities!

The check-in process was too long.

The price and the room was great, modern, comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast was good, shower was good. The location was handy for everything, the lifts were efficient. Bar staff were great. I would stay again.

Reception are slow and so rude. There was a huge queue because the check in process was long. They should have all the information they need from the booking it should be credit card, keys, done. The staff are sour faced. When i got to my room the keys didn't work but they just sighed like i was the issue somehow when i came back down. These ladies need more training. The rest of the experience was good.

Only downside was the Club lounge, we went to see what it was in the evening, but left quickly, as there was no information inside and we didn’t see staff In the morning, we read that there would also be breakfast here, but no breakfast to be seen when we arrived, so we left to have brealfast in the bottom floor, which was good Maybe some more info from the staff about the club lounge, as i feel like i have “wasted” money on this access only to see that it has some seating area

Easy check in, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, hotel has a modern and relaxed feel to it. Good range of choice for breakfast, and reliable WiFi. Location is convenient for nearby sights.

My bathroom had a faint smell of sewage on occasions, which I was told hotel staff are aware of. Not a major concern but took the edge off an otherwise very good stay.
