The room was clean. Brilliant location and the staff were polite at the reception desk. I really like the coffee machine and variety of tea. Also there are a good kitchen equipment. You can find everything in the kitchen. The bar has an amazing cocktail- NewYork sour.

On Saturday we came at the restaurant at 10:30 and the trays with food were empty and didn't replenish the food. We were a bit disappointed as the reviews were good regarding the breakfast. The receptionist didn't inform us that if you pay at the reception it will cost 85 zl , but directly in the restaurant will cost you 95zl.

The hotel’s modern and stylish interior is truly stunning. They went above and beyond for my mum’s birthday, decorating the bedroom beautifully with a banner, balloons, Prosecco, and cake—such a thoughtful touch! The gym was fantastic, and the bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The bedrooms were impeccably designed with everything you could possibly need, including a powerful hairdryer. The abundance of mirrors and excellent lighting—something many hotels get wrong—made getting ready an absolute breeze. As we arrived at the airport, I received a lovely phone call from the team member who had decorated my mum’s room, checking if she liked the setup and personally wishing her a happy birthday. Everything about our stay was perfect, and to top it all off, it was incredibly affordable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

The hotel truly excels in comfort and quality. The studio rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a cozy atmosphere. The gym is exceptionally well-equipped for a hotel. Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh options and a chef preparing egg dishes to order.

While the hotel offers many amenities, its location is not ideal for those looking to explore the city’s main attractions, as it is neither central nor particularly close to notable sightseeing spots. However, the surrounding area compensates to some extent with its vibrant atmosphere and proximity to Fabryka Norblina, a lively entertainment hub.

The cleaning staff was excellent. Really clean rooms everyday. The rooms were generally really nice. The gym was absolutely fantastic - never enjoyed a hotel gym so much before. Nice restaurant, bar and cafe! And very convenient with a kiosk just outside the lobby

Only small stuff on my dislike: The TV was not very good. The TV only offers flow TV with no option to cast streaming services (Netflix etc). There were limited channels in English, and the resolution of the image was bad. The pillows were also not the most comfortable - too big and fluffy - but that might be personal taste. The bed was not a double bed, but just two twin beds put together, which is not ideal when you're a couple.

The area of the hotel is very nice, with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafés and it's easily reachable from the airport by public bus. For those who like to walk, the old town is about 30 minutes away, otherwise there are a lot of options for public transport, which functions very well in Warsaw. The hotel is very modern and elegant, with impressive design. Room is comfortable and clean, with an astonishing view from the 16th floor. Beds, pillows and bed linen are very comfortable and smell nice. The lightning in the room is amazing with so many options. The kitchen is very convenient and well equipped with all the necessities. There is a coffee machine that also works as a kettle and they refill every day coffee, tea and bottled water, although the tap water is drinkable. The heating is perfect and adjustable. There is a very modern and well equipped gym and sauna, never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had to ask twice at the reception to manage to get slippers, since we didn't find them in the room upon check in. The staff is formally polite, but quite indifferent, reserved and cold. They could be warmer and more welcoming and at least greet the guests when entering and exiting the hotel entrance. A big TV is almost useless, cause it's not smart TV and there is no big selection of channels.

Location, staff, facility. Service was so good. Good cleaning of the room everyday.

One king size bad that is two small bads together, not so important but… Leaking shower in the bath, not so critical but issue. And if you order Junior Suit with king size bad and city view you should be ready that it will be 2/3 floor room, but staff kindly provide us with alternative on the 15th floor after request but again with less comfortable room that it was. Generally the hotel was very good despite the above mentioned issues.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. Right off the bat, I was incredibly impressed with the room. It's that ideal, perfectly calibrated blend of homey apartment comfort and sleek hotel room design. There's a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room is spacious, featuring a sofa, a table for four, a large armchair, and a TV. What truly stood out was how the bedroom was cleverly tucked away in its own niche, making it feel like a completely separate room! It also had its own TV and a fantastic panoramic view of the city. I'd absolutely love to come back to this hotel, this time for leisure, just to explore the wonderful city of Warsaw. And honestly, I'd kick off my city exploration right from this room's balcony, taking in a breathtaking sunset from the 11th floor. :) Oh, and a special shout-out: I received a complimentary room upgrade when I checked in. That was a really nice gesture and truly valued.

Given that I only stayed a couple of nights, I didn't really have time to find any flaws. :) But seriously, it seems there aren't any at all.

The room was very nice a spatious. The bathroom had a nice shower which and it was easy to regulate the temperature and water pressure. There was also a kitchen tap in the room, with microwave and other appliances. The gym is extremely good for hotel standards (it even has a squat rack, which is usually never available in hotels), and the sauna was very nice too.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was generally very good, but it would have been nice to have more dairy options. There were single pots of yogurt available but they were very small, and the bowls in the breakfast area were quite small, so you couldn't really have a bowl of milk with cereals.

I spent two nights with my family at the Royal Tulip Warsaw center. The apartment was spacious, of modern design and spotless clean. It included a fully equipped kitchenette and had a big balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was rich, with an excellent choice of both warm and cold polish specialities. The location is perfect to get quickly to the center. Also, there are bars and restaurants across the road and a grocery shop just around the corner. A great experience that I would be happy to repeat.

Although the car park is big and the parking spaces are large, access and exit to the underground car park are quite narrow and require a bit of extra attention, especially if you have a big car.

Very good location and nice room

We were there from Wednesday to Sunday, the receptionist David was very rude to us. He asked us if we would want breakfast we said no, charged us anyway. He wasn’t helpful at all. We were in the 15’th floor, above us was drilling all day everyday. Very loud and annoying noise, could not rest at all . From 9am to 6pm . I told the receptionist at day one, did nothing about it, I complained everyday about the noise, still nothing. 12 hours before we were leaving, they offered another room ( it was absolutely unnecessary at that point) . It was unacceptable from the hotel , because we were paying guests and the noise totally ruined our experience there. One of the receptionist felt sorry for us, so she sent us a bottle of wine ( nice gesture but couldn’t delete the drilling) .
