The location is excellent — right in the city center, with everything nearby. The woman at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Overall, the room was fairly clean, except for the balcony, where there was some ash left and not cleaned. Room and bathroom are spacious, got everything you need.

If you’re looking to relax and get a good night’s sleep, this hotel might not be the best choice. First, there’s a construction site nearby, which makes it quite noisy. Second, the sound insulation is very poor — starting from morning you can hear the cleaning staff in the neighboring rooms and doors constantly slamming. Additionally, the mattress was quite firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Although there is a thermostat in the room (probably for decoration), the heating cannot be regulated in the room individually, only for the whole floor, as per reception. We were cold in 21 degrees (it was cold and rainy outside) and couldn't even turn off the AC - disturbing noise all night too. Not possible to rent an umbrella at the reception, which would be usually standard in a 4star hotel.

The personnel was extremely disengaged, not rude but not even supportive. You arrive, 4 people sitting in front of their monitors, you say “dzien dobry” and nobody raises their sight to reply… i waited 10 min before someone called me to check in. Check in done online to skip queue as per their email.. but then again I needed to do other paperwork. I mean it’s obvious that GM is not actively present and the people are not motivated to provide a service expected from that many stars hotel.

I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, but I have one concern regarding the voucher system for half board. The positive side is that the vouchers can be used flexibly from lunch until dinner, which gives guests more freedom. However, the downside is that if you don’t use both dinners, the voucher cannot be applied in a different way. For example, I tried to use the value of one unused dinner voucher for a glass of wine, but it was not possible. Even though I had paid for two people, I often dined alone. A more flexible system would make the experience much better.

Amazing location in the business area in Warsaw, close to the Central station and shopping center Złote Taras’s, beautiful places like Norblin Factory and Browary Warszawskie are 3 min walk! Special thanks to a very friendly staff, in particular Ingacy who managed our situation with poor air-conditioning and offered a room change with an upgrade to a higher standard! It was very nice of him! Many thanks to Ignacy, you made our last night at the hotel more than comfortable!

Unfortunately initially there was a bad air-conditioning in the room, it did not work, so it was very hot. But then room change resolved the situation

The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The location is great—surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and close to the Bio Bazar, which is a nice spot to explore, dine, and relax. If you're traveling with a partner or kids, the room could be a very good choice.

They were strict about the 3 PM check-in time and didn’t allow even a slightly earlier check-in, which was a bit disappointing. I get that rules are rules, but a little flexibility would’ve been appreciated. Also, the bathroom lacked some basic amenities—no slippers or toothpaste provided. If I travel alone next time, I’d probably opt for the nearby Ibis instead.

I had a great experience overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and the service was exceptional. The breakfast exceeded my expectations—I'm not usually a fan of hotel breakfasts, but the food here was impressive. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were both friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter a couple of issues with the facilities in my Superior room; specifically, the fan and TV were not functioning at all. After reporting the problem, the staff promptly addressed it by relocating me to a different room within the same day. This quick resolution was much appreciated and contributed to my positive experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Leonardo Royal Hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. I also loved the location and the most amazing highlight was the stunning view from 25th floor. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Large Room, comfy Bed, friendly staff. Clean and modern. Nice lunch and evening meals from restaurant. Good location, good ambience.

When i arrived my room was like an oven. After 1 hours it was the same. I complained and was told that the temperature was controlled by a central hotel switch that I have no control over (despite being a AC control unit in the room). After further complaints to the management they agreed to move me. The room I then got was perfect. Breakfast:- Very slow omelette maker. No bacon, terrible sausages, cold eggs (fried or scrambled)

The room is clean, has everything you need (except for slippers and a bathrobe, which must be requested separately). The bed is comfortable, convenient transportation. The staff is friendly and ready to help if needed.

Slippers and a bathrobe will be brought to you on request, but you will find out about it when you need them, for example, after a shower. An ill-conceived option. The minibar is empty, although it is fashionable to store your food in it, you will not be offered anything by default. The soundproofing is very poor, when someone is talking in the hallway you can hear every word, one of the neighbors goes to the restroom, you will know about it for sure. Despite the problems with sound proofing, they did not cause discomfort.
