The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and eager to assist, which enhanced our overall experience. Exceptional value for money, offering a welcoming and well-maintained property. Overall, our stay was excellent despite this minor inconvenience. We would definitely recommend Platinum Residence and look forward to returning in the future!

There was a recurring beeping noise, which we later identified as coming from a malfunctioning ceiling light. Although the staff attempted to resolve the issue, it remained unresolved during our stay. Disconnecting the light was an easy fix, but it would have been better if this issue had been addressed beforehand.

I liked the modern look of the studio and bathroom. It was also very spacious, provided two sets of flat TVs, simply perfect for a weekend trip for a couple. It’s was my second visit at the Platinum Residence and it’s my first choice while booking in Warsaw.

Little wear and tear of some floor boarding or cabinets corners but nothing that really matters for the quality of the stay

The room is very beautiful! The bed is comfortable and the living room is spacious!

Everything was great, but the balcony was very dirty. Everything else was perfect. Maybe a bigger table in the kitchen—it's too small to fit breakfast and a book! And the curtains don't cover the corners of the windows so the light enters!

The location of the Platinum Residence is simply amazing, close to everything yet in a quiet space. It's in the heart of the city centre, easy to access by all type of transports. The facility is huge, modern, clean and with kind staff. The apartment itself is large with good fornitures, comfy bed, TVs and a nice bathroom. Moreover the view from the window is simply stunning facing all the city skyline.

I was expecting bit more accessories in the bathroom and considering the standard of the facility I didn't expect to find 2 bugs in the living room. I also expected a complimentary drink at arrival, but overall was a clean apartment and a good experience of stay.

The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The whole occupies quite a large area, so you can rest comfortably. The apartment is conveniently located in terms of transportation. Easy access by tram from the central station. Nearby there are many restaurants and a grocery store - Biedronka.

It is difficult to say as it was perfect for me. One thing that was missing was a kitchen cloth. Also, a drying rack for hand-washed dishes was missing.

Stay was great, we got upgraded to a corner 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious, with everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it was easy to connect with the tram system (just a 5 minute walk). Windows are sound proof which is a great plus. There's a mall and a lot of restaurants basically across the street, which was very convenient.

Beautiful view, very easy to reach all the main attractions in the old town and centre, the desk girl was very nice. The room had many amenities for a comfortable stay, overall a pleasant experience.

The room had some wear and tear to it, a scratch/ on the sofa, a cracked window, one window not opening at all etc., some maintenace is needed.

The view from the balcony was amazing, lots of great shops and bars in the nearby area, size of the apartment worked really well for just myself and my partner, very respectable price for how long we stayed and what we got, very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was a generous size for me and my partner but we only got two small pillows and a very small duvet. That's the only issue I had with my stay.

A large apartment, comfortable and well maintained, positioned in the city center but far from busy streets. The staff has been all nice and helpful and kindly allowed an earlier check-in free of charge. Overall, if the apartment was a little smaller and cheaper it would be 11/10, but maybe that's just a solo traveller's perspective.

Breakfast options were not that great, however a kitchenette and nearby groceries are enough to cover that. Wi-Fi was good quality but a little inconvenient and also possibly paid.

No kitchen towels. If It is expected that I clean after meals then kitchen towels should be supplied. Remote control from TV in bedroom didn't work.
