The apartment is close to the central train station, although it is on the other side of a six-lane Street with no crosswalk directly adjacent to the apartments. So you have to walk a bit to get to a crosswalk intersection that I found inconvenience. As far as location for Warsaw, I think I would have preferred to be on the central train station side of that wide Street Pope. John is the name of it. Anyway, there are many good points to the apartment itself. It is clean, comfortable and has a clothes, washer and all the kitchen utensils you would need to live there for any length of time. The elevators stop between the actual floors so you have to walk up six or seven steps or down six or seven steps from the elevator door. The receptionist is very accommodating and helped me with my luggage. I was also able to check in early. The concierge is there from 8:30 so it is convenient to leave your belongings if you arrive in the morning.

Important: To get access, turn off the main street and walk for 5 meters. You'll see a door on your left. Enter '10' on the keypad and wait for the ringtone. Someone will come down to let you in. This should have been made clear in the instructions. I stayed for almost a week and found the property great value for money. It's on a quiet but safe side street, within walking distance to the main train station. There are many Bolt & other scooters on the pavement to affordably get around town. The interior of the apartment was in good condition, and it had everything I needed, including kitchen utensils. The heater in the apartment worked well, as did the internet for video calls. I liked that their admin office (apartment 10) was open from 8 am until 10 pm.

It's an old soviet block, as can be seen in the hallways. You have to walk up half a flight of stairs to catch the elevator, which can be challenging if you have heavy luggage. It's not soundproofed, so I sometimes slept with earplugs because of the lady upstairs talking.

Good location, with free parking. Stylish modern design and spacious. Staff is very helpful. When we requested a desk lamp to enhance the lighting in the living area, it is entertained immediately. This would make everything perfect.

Facilities in the shared kitchen are very sufficient. It would be good if the dish-washer could work more economically, with more rules given and indicating if the dishes are to be washed or having been washes. I saw one customer just put in a few cups and turned on the machine, while the dishes inside are indeed clean and should be taken out.

Typical apartment, the room gave off a home like feel, cosy and comfortable. There was a fan which was necessary for us because it was humid and warm. The kitchen was filled with cutlery, dishes, a kettle, pots and pans. The room also offered a washing machine, hoover, mop, iron and an ironing board. Everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to the center, public transport is very accessible.

The shower floor had stains along with the ceiling in the bathroom and the couch. During the night the streets are very loud even with the windows closed and the hallway of the apartment block also.

The location and the environment. Generally , it was clean , comfortable and accessible except the bathroom.

The bathroom was too small with no hooks and stands for towels and soaps.

The apartment has all the necessary items required in a home. It was clean and comfortable. Warsaw central station is around 500 meters away, so strategically located. 3 to 4 buses and tram stops are in the 400 to 500 meters vicinity. The kitchen has required utilities. Different tea bags, coffee, sugar, and salt are available. The apartment had a washing machine, and detergent powder was also provided. We were able to store our luggage in their office till our return journey late in the evening, which was a great service. There is a supermarket just in front of the apartment, and that is open around 10.00 pm. Overall, it is a comfortable stay, and we recommend this apartment.

It's a suggestion to the renting company (not a complaint at all) to keep a microwave in the kitchen.

Super close to the central train station (that was most impotent of me that trip). Apartment offers you everything you need for a short stay. Water, tea, coffee. Very comfortable size of everything.

The only uncomfortable thing was the smell. Not a bad one, just felt like they washed the whole apartment with tons and tons of laundry soap. Which is great that they taking good care of cleanliness, but the smell was too intense, it was almost impossible to be inside so I had to put on my coat and leave the windows open for like half an hour.

Size of property exceeded expectations as I only booked for one and the property could easily house 6 people. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and basic kitchen facilities, however enough to get you by. Distance from Old Town attractions was walkable at a stretch, however good tram links very close 5-10 minutes walk.

The kitchen area was a little ‘tired’ however was workable.. Could get a bit noisy with the local neighbours coming into the building.

Easy walk to and from the station, tram lines and metro. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice to have air conditioning as it was very hot when we visited

The rest of the building was a bit off-putting. The corridors were a bit Soviet era military garrison, and police tape over one door that had been forced open didn't help. However, the actual apartment one you got into it was very nice.

Spacious clean apartment with all imaginable facilities, including coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and washing machine and more. Air conditioning, comfy beds, a lot of light, big windows. Great location, near Zloty mall, central station and close to many attractions. Very responsive stuff - had a little problem with a sync and it was fixed immediately.
