The room is spacious and they made the sofa to a bed. The breakfast is good, bit repetitive but that's expected. Location is great and the room was clean.

Since we had a 3 year old toddler we asked if they can provide or have a potty they just said no we don't have one. For a huge hotel that will most likely have a family staying it's quite unusual for them not to have it. It was a bit hard to keep holding my toddler when he goes to the toilet so he doesn't fall inside it. They also opened the sofa into a bed but we needed to be careful because there was a metal side and some edges were sharp. I got pricked/scratched so just be careful when you are using the sofa into a bed.

Perfect location, downtown but easy to get to, comfortable room, and EXCELLENT breakfast at no additional cost. Much better than I've had at most more expensive hotels in the network. Would definitely stay again because of this (location + breakfast), very good value for money.

Was not impressed by no housekeeping — I stayed for 3 nights and would have been okay without housekeeping, even having to request fresh towels at the reception, IF this had been communicated in advance. But there was no information in the room or at check-in that there would not be housekeeping.

I would like to express special thanks to Mrs. Gabriela from the reception desk. I do not know if I have ever encountered such helpful, thoughtful, and friendly service - all my questions and issues, and there were quite a few, were resolved promptly, professionally, and even proactively. The hotel management should really appreciate having such a wonderful member of staff!!! The hotel is a typical bigger chain hotel, smaller room, everything clean, relatively well soundproofed, large TV, breakfast looked quite rich, but was overcrowded with people (during the last hour), pushing and waiting with plates in their hands, but this space and other common areas are relatively spacey, the bar was almost empty in the evening. The hotel is perfectly fine for a couple of nights, e.g. for business travelers. The main train station is less than 10-minute walk away, there is a subway, buses, trams nearby, there restaurants, shops everywhere, parking on the street with a meter (coins and cards).

Clean, comfortable, stunning view from the window. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories and good cosmetics. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Super bonus - iron in the room. In the room water, tea, coffee, kettle, TV. Everything is super Very good breakfast! The choice and quality of products are excellent.

The air conditioner worked very poorly. We tried to lower the temperature in the room all the time, but since it is a centralized system, it could not cope with the heat. It was very stuffy in the room at night and hot to sleep Poor soundproofing. It was noisy on the floor until 12 midnight. Many neighbours who were returning to their rooms - you could literally hear everything, steps, conversations, banging doors

Breakfast was a disappointment, especially coffee which was a disaster. Orange juice tasted like Fanta... Waffles were so-so, bread didn't taste freshly baked (more of a stale bread), anything sweet is so sweet that it's impossible to eat or drink. Overall, I expected more choice and more fresh products. Complimentary water in the room is packed in a can... Bottle is a much better option. Windows in the room - unpleasantly dirty. I understand they cannot be spotless clean, but I would expect that such a hotel takes care of it on a more frequent basis.

It was super close to the central train station, and having a very early check-out and train departure the next day I was accommodated with a to-go breakfast bag. I thought that was cool. The room was cozy, the staff was friendly. The ONLY downside - and this is silly nitpicking - is that if you're a heavy sleeper and need to get up early, a wake-up call might not work. Apparently I slept through the phone ringing, but my phone alarm was sufficiently obnoxious to get me up. When I didn't answer the phone they did send someone to check on me though 😊. Anyway, it was one night, but I was very happy with the staff.

Not new, but a well-run hotel just a 5-7 min walk from the Central Railway Station. Even though there was a noisy highway nearby, the room was really quiet. The mattress is probably a bit hard for someone, but exactly what I needed. Tea and coffee in the room, surprisingly diverse breakfast with lots of options. For those who need some extras - 2 convenience shops nearby and a pretty good cafeteria in the same building. I'd stay here again in short transits

The most upsetting part - no fridge in the room. The bathroom cabin is a bit old-fashioned and you need to be really careful there, otherwise, there will be some puddles on the bathroom floor. I would recommend using your shampoo, lotion, etc, the hotel ones look too cheap.

A perfect budget-friendly hotel with a superb location close to the main railway station, bus & tram stops for visiting places...Breakfast was quite good with several choices...Room and bed were nice and comfortable to get a good sleep, with a fantastic city view from the window...Helpful reception desk...

Nothing very serious...AC was working but felt rather weak, of course that was not a very big issue...Didn't like the policy of full payment for the stay at the time of check-in...Walking up to the old town could be difficult for aged people, but there is a bus 175 which goes straight to old town as well as to the airport...

The room was spacious, modernly equipped, quiet and relatively clean - the walls had some marks. Staff was polite and the location was good, just five minutes walking from the train station and around 35-40 minutes walking to the Old Town. The breakfast was good, both in quality and variety.

Though the quality and variety of breakfast was good, the staff didn't clean the tables and the guests had to return the plates, using large plastic trays. That's definitely disrespectful to the guest/customer and totally out of place for a hotel having the name of Hampton by Hilton. In contrast, the Hampton by Hilton in Poznan, besides the excellent performance in general, is exemplary in the service during breakfast - every plate no longer in use was immediately recovered by the polite and efficient staff, who cleaned the table within seconds after its use. The Hampton by Hilton in Warsaw leaves a lot to be desired in that matter.

The location is excellent for those who want to travel by train. You really cannot beat it. The breakfast is simply AMAZING. I absolutely LOVED their scrambled eggs and roasted vegetables. They should offer whole bananas, not just the cut up ones. Also, there is a convenience store nearby, Zabka, where you can buy decent food if you are late for breakfast. The room is decent size, relatively clean, and it's quiet and secure. They have an added security feature (like a special night lock) which came in handy. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend it.

Not sure if they serve dinners. They should though.
